This is for my daughter. I've asked her to ask the dealership what MF they are using in the calculation.

Here's the first offer they gave her:

We're in Austin, and looking at what another member posted on a similar configuration near Dallas, it seems they can do much better.

62% RV is the only difference.

There is no "sweet spot" for mileage - get however many you think you'll need.

Using the prices given, I get $632/mo. Not too far off the dealer quote.

Leasing in TX sucks, since you're paying full sales tax on a car you're only going to keep 3 years.

Shop around to see if you can do better, otherwise I'd seriously consider a straight purchase.

Where did the $2000 in rebates come from? There was/is a $720 Lease Credit but the $1,000 Loyalty Credit isn't applicable to leases.
