In MD, don't you pay sales tax on the full price of the vehicle, even on a lease? In that case, incentives won't be taxed additionally.

I don't quite feel like I need roof bars and maybe could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere in the future if I did need them, but given that the dealer couldn't really separate them from this arrival, and it came in over the weekend with the exact color and trim combo I wanted and would otherwise have needed to be traded to another dealership to get one without roof bars, I think that it's a fine upgrade to have.

What was your final payment, if you don't mind sharing?
I don't mind you asking, but I also can't precisely answer at this hour because my lease documents are at home on a flash drive. I know that the pre-amortization, post-tax balance was $45,634.28, and I recall that the post-amortization balance would be closer to $50k assuming two years of lease interest, but I don't recall the exact number there. I went with a zero-down lease payment of, iirc, around $680 baseline and then opted for the extra 10 year/100k mile tech warranty and 6 year/unlimited mile tire warranty, which when combined bumped it up to around $850ish a month, I think? I'm still unsure if I want those warranties or if they're overkill, but since the terms permitted me to withdraw and only pay pro-rated costs, I figured I would agree to them at the outset and then terminate them in coming weeks if I decided against having them long-term.
I guess on that end if you have any opinion on it, do you think it's worth it for me to have gotten either such warranty? A distinct portion of me got the sense that I was being upsold on bells and whistles, and I haven't yet had the chance to compare the warranty scope to that of the baseline factory warranties.
