    IOW, if the MSRP is $90K, and they offer you a price of $88K, then you are effectively paying $1K over MSRP, when you factor in the dealer cash.

    Dealer cash is Mercedes to dealer money. They don't have to disclose it, or share it with you.

    But, it's valid on lease or purchase. Use that knowledge when deciding what to offer.
