....... **Anyway, the new one would be a lease** ....

I knew there was something hinky going on here .. there is no way they can write a lease AND cover the negative equity ... so what happens now.? .. they put you in a lease and then they Repo the old truck.? .... I have a feeling that NMAC is not involved in this deal and neither is the Zone manager ............. :(

***Anyway, the new one would be a lease, lower amount of interest, and the ability to drop it off at the end. Its a longer lease than I like, but the payment stays the same and in 48 months we either pay the residual ($17,200) or we walk away***

.... seriously, what happens in a year when you want to get rid of it? come on, we all know you.... :) btw, i'm still lost in your story, I have a feeling we don't know everything yet...

I have a few college/univ. degrees; & I can't make any sense of this, pro or con, altho it sounds like Terry has a handle on it. (And maybe Allan Greenspan could figure it out).

I have this crazy idea of buying whatever I can pay cash for, relatively comfortably. (i.e., if I can only afford $5K cash, I buy a $5K vehicle). Making all kinds of complex lease/payments that it takes a genius to even understand, on what you said (I think) is just a "toy vehicle" for you...........why is this????

Can you just get them to buy it back, & get out of the whole thing altogether? And is there a Lemon Law in your state? Seriously, continually blowing big bucks on new cars is for Rich People. (Getting out of debt can be very useful, even if you wind up driving around in a 10 y.o. Subaru).

    >>At the end of the lease on the LE we would owe $17,200 if we wanted to buy the truck........at the end of 48 months in the loan on ours if we didn't pay extra we would owe $18,200. So, its really a wash if I look at it this way.

I'm interested in a 2001 Bullitt Mustang, in "no sale" Highland Green. I've looked in many places, and recently a few with very low miles (4k to 15k miles) have been popping up on E-Bay...

So, before I move forward, can the great oracle of the automotive world (i.e., Terry) or anyone else give me ballpark retail pricing for one of these units?

FYI, they all come similarly equipped, with:

    4.6 L V-8
    5-spd manual trans.
    Leather interior
    A/C

Major options seem to be high end audio systems, which I don't really car about, as this car has a twin pipe audio system I really want to hear!!!

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    Terry-

Ok....2000 Audi A8, regular wheel base, quattro. NJ. Black on black.

Have extended warranty to 100k, but I don't think that matters in the least on a trade-in.

81k miles. I know, just lost TONS of $ right there.

Pretty much the whole shebang of options, as is the case with this car- NAV, heated seats, park assist, 17" alloy, ski sack.

Two sets of tires, both about halfway through life- one a set of Nokian SUV winters. Not sure, again, if this matters to a dealer.

Condition, I would say, is pretty good. A few minor dings and scratches on the exterior (can a 4 year old car be spotless?)but nothing noticeable, interior good with exception of a small crack in the rear passenger door panel (the magazine-type holder attached to the door) and the number 3 seat memory button is missing on the driver side door.

Title is clean, no accidents or repairs outside of typical maintenance and age-related replacements (brakes, tires, timing belt, etc.). Recent 75k service, at a shade under 1k might not have been worth it, but Audi service was great and covered some things under extended warranty that I really should have paid for.

Brakes about 7k old. Maintenance ALL Audi, all one dealership, all in-hand.

Well? I know the 22k Edmunds has as my TMV is a joke...but by how much?

    Thanks!

Hey Terry, just traded in my truck and wanted to let ya know how it went...I was starting to have a few niggling problems with the truck and didn't want to pass on any problems to a private buyer, so I traded it in today.
Just as you predicted, I go $3200 trade-in.

You were also right about the "chits" here in Vegas. I rarely gamble and I've still "misplaced" a couple of those things.

    Thanks again, Steve

Well, that pretty little RSX got itself an Acura CPO sticker and is being advertised by the dealer for...

    $20,999

Should I send over a Home Depot gift card for them to get some topsoil for it?

                =================================

              $20,900 ...?!? ..... American money.?

They need to paint that dude yellow and make a taxi out of it .....

                         Thanks for the update.!

    I would appreciate your advice on the trade in and private party price for a;
2002 BMW 330I non sports package.

Located in the greenville, SC area,

    4dr sedan RWD
    Inline 6 3.0
Black exterior with the natural brown interior (all black except for seating areas which are a dark tan - montana leather I think it is called)

Leather seats, power drivers and passengers seats, sunroof, heated seats, rear folding seats, xenon head lights, CD with HK sound system, Automatic - tiptronic,

    35,800 miles

Interior condition is like new - no marks, scratches, rips or stains,

Exterior - no dings, dents, a few stone chips in the front and a small scratch or two on the trunk lid. No curb rash on the wheels.

All maintenance perform on time by BMW dealership.

Warranty till 7/2006 or 50K miles

Full maintenance till 7/2006 or 50K miles

Needs new tires - fronts about 30% backs 10%

    No accidents, no repaint

Would I be better off to replace the tires if I am trading it in or would I recover the $600 or so it will cost to replace them? How about on a private sell; should I discount the cost of the tires in the price and let the new buyer pick out his own tires or replace them before I try to sell the car?

Thanks in advance for you help.

Got the new truck a little while ago. I don't see how they could let the other one get repoed, they are on the hook for it, it WAS included in the deal. In other words, its in writing that its a TRADE IN and there is a PAYOFF, that to me means they hold the bag for the money owed on it. The only weird thing that came down was we had to buy an extended warranty, ok, fine, they made up a little on the back. They had an approval through NMAC for the lease. Our other Titan was financed through a credit union, not NMAC.

They have our other Titan and they certainly can't keep it if they don't pay it off. We signed all the lovely papers so that they could pay it off and switch the title. I've never heard of a dealer taking a trade in and then letting it get repoed, I don't see how that's possible if the papers are in order. I looked everything over when we signed it. The trade was definatly part of the deal, power of attorney, odometer statement, authorization for payoff, the whole thing.

I don't know, but you can bet I'm going to watch it like a hawk and if that truck isn't paid off in 10 days I will be on them about it.

Haven't been here since July, but I am shocked to see that nothing has changed since Jolie is still up to her old ways... buying another truck ? Geez !!! What's the over-under # of days on this new truck before being flipped for another Ford Focus? My money is on Spring '05.

    But, I digress....

Terry, I need your help on a sale of my current SUV, and purchase of another SUV. Below are the specs:

    To sell:

    2001 Sequoia SR5 2WD
    54,000 miles
    Silver/platinum
    leather seats and trim
Dual Air, alloy wheels, roof rack, privacy glass
    new-ish Michelin LTX tires

    Location: San Diego, CA

    The bad:
A couple of scratches on the rear bumper and tail gate
    no 4WD
    no towing hitch

What should I be looking to get for this as trade-in at a dealer, vs private party sale ?

    To buy

    2001 or 2002 LX470
    Pearl white/tan
    35,000 miles
    loaded with ML, Nav, etc....

What should I pay for this puppy ?

Thanks, as always for all of your great help on this forum.

There was more to it than just getting a new truck, I should have gotten a new truck the day I bought my Titan. Its been nothing but trouble, the dealer offered (new management) to trade me out into a Titan that had a later build date and so far seems to have no problems. My first Titan broke within 5 minutes of buying it and hasn't slowed down since. I have no idea how much time it spent in the shop, I lost count of the days. This has been a very stressful 5 months and I just want to put it behind me and move on.

I am very new to this message board so I apologize if this has been asked previously. Could you help me out with the trade value for a 2004 Odyssey EX, Havasu Blue, 17,000 miles. The only flaw on the van is the front bumper which had a run-in in the garage with a covered snow blower. (The snow blower wasn't running, my wife just got a little too close when she drove in one day.) There is a vertical scratch where the paint was chipped off. It's about 1" long and about 1/8 - 1/4 inch wide with a few 1" vertical ripples. Otherwise the paint and interior are excellent. I have maintenance records also. What would this van be worth in trade? (BTW - the van is located in the Northern VA area.) Thanks so much.

I have a 2001 Dodge Durango SLT. The specs are:

     - 36,000 miles
     - 5.9L V8
     - 4X4
     - leather (front seats heated)
     - 3rd seat
     - running boards
     - luggage rack
     - CD player
     - grey

It is in very good condition - it wasn't driven for 7 months while my husband was deployed earlier this year. It has no dings, stratches, etc. Leather is in perfect condition.

I had a dealer offer me $12155 today for it based on kelley blue book. Dealers don't use Kelley do they?? I knew this was rip-off and left. What can I REALLY expect for a trade-in? What about selling outright to an individual?

    I'm at Camp Lejeune, NC.

    Thanks.

I recently saw an ad in the local paper for a new 2004 X-type 3.0 for 27,900. With this in mind what should one expect to pay for a used X-type? The ones that I have seen advertised seem to be priced way too high considering what a new one is going for. I thought jaguars were supposed to have an awful resale value. Could you enlighten me on the real world value on these cars? I am in Pittsburgh.
    Thanks.

            ============================

X-types, huh .? ... these can make an excellent buy -if- you know what your looking for ... remember, just about everything is an option on these little All Stars ... 3.0/2.5, heated seats, rear slit, slider, 16/17"s wheels, Sport, Nav, no play/single play/6 play CD , 6-speed/auto, etc etc etc, so it can change the price from $32,0 to $39,0 big ones before the discounts, I guess they get their ideas from BMW ..l.o.l....

But the loaded up 04's with a $39ish MSRP 3.0 X-type's, are doing in and around the $25ish range at the auctions with miles in the 7/9k range ..... so $27/$28 sounds like a fair price on the retail side ....

    Terry,
I plan on trading-in my car for more inexpensive commuter car, and want to know what I can expect for a trade-in for my car.

    Washington, DC metro (20854)
    2003 BMW 325i Sedan (produced 10/02)
      5 spd manual - RWD
35000 miles (50 off-hour hway miles RT to work)
      Steel Gray / Black Leather
    Factory options:
           Premium Pkg
           Sport Pkg
           Leather
           Xenon
           Cold-Weather Pkg
           6-disc CD Changer
    Condition:
           Well maintained,
One minor ding in drivers door,
           curb scratches on two rims,
           garaged at work and home,
           hand washed only
leather conditioned 4 times a year
           Regular BMW service
           Non-Smoker, original owner
Tires: Original (need replacement in 5-7k)
    MSRP was $36,220
The kicker -> One Rear end collision - insurance claim (new impact absorbers, new rear bumper)

NADA says trade-in $26,150, KBB says $21,020, Galves says $20,275. I owe $23k on it, and am worried its not worth that. I haven't been to a dealer yet, but wanted to know what to expect.

    -Thanks

Time for an update, since I might try to make a deal tomorrow on the wifes van.
-1999 Quest (1st year of revised body style), SE, silver with gray cloth guts.
-53,000 miles, located in NJ (outside Phila.)
-Loaded for an SE, with moonroof, premium sound, alloys, rear air. TV/VCR unit still in box in basement!
    -New tires (Dunlaps)
-1 owner, all service records, regular oil changes.
-Pretty clean, never any paint or body work, just normal parking lot kisses (some touch up paint evident). Shows nice when its freshly washed.
-Cleans up fine in/out, but shows 6 years of use inside (sports cleats, etc).
Really needs nothing that I know of.
Wife wants a new Odyssey, will do retail road but prefer to trade it in.
                 =========================

Another Eagles fan .... it's a 99 Quest SE, right color, almost good miles, we have the slider, the Disney Package, new round things, a few snake bites here and there, tunes, we have the Taliban interior, hot and cold running breeze and the service is 100% ..... trade side, in and around the tall the $6's, low low $7's, might "maybe" get a dealer to waddle towards the mid $7's if he put his money on Boston College .. the new stuff and the miles save it and the hacksaw interior will hold it back ... down Retail Rd: a miracle detail, a wonderful 4/5 liner Ad, $9,495 *asking* and punt this dude down the driveway for the first $8,5/$8,9 ................. ;)

    Good morning Terry.
Looks like you have been a little on the busy side.
I have a few cars to ask you about and you've always been a jewel, so thanks in advance.
The first one is the neighbors, 01 Chevy prizm, 31k, silver with grey cloth, LSI, auto, power windows, locks, cruise, tilt, cd, abs, side airbags, alloys, new tires and serviced at 30k, no crashes, 1 small ding, nice, no smoking allowed.
The second one is a 04 Mitsubishi Outlander, 9,100 miles, 4x4, XLS, auto, power everything, 4 cylinder, roof rack, sunroof, two tone silver, leather, cd, it's supposed to have all the options, also clean and no accidents or creases.
I hope I didn't miss anything, I have the day off and I don't want to spend it in my room.
As always, you are a huge help!
What would Edmunds do without you?
    M.

             =================================

They would probably sleep better ..l.o.l....

Hey look, it's a Corolla, oop's I mean a Cheby - one of favorites for "best buy" .. this one is a 01 LSI, we have the auto - thats a good thing , we have small miles - thats a good thing, we have a good color inside and out - another good thing, we have the power pack - more good things, side balloons and abs - lotsa good things and the service and the rubber is from yesterday ~ if it's no paint no smoke, just a nice one ... then trade side, in and around the low low $6's, might "maybe" find a dealer to drop the mid/tall $6's in it, *if it's really nice and it needs -0- ... a puurfect vehicle down Retail Rd: superb detail, a glorious Ad, $8,900 *asking* and cut it loose for $7,9/$8,5 .. I bet this one won't last long, they're getting more and more scarce ...

In the land of the Outlanders, we have a XLS, the 4x4, tiny miles, right color, auto, power pack, rack, tunes and the slider .. if it's a nice one, no Maaco, no drive by shootings .. then trade side, in and around the super tall $13's, low low low $14's .. actually these are pretty nice little SUV's for the money .......... :)

                       Let me know ...

                               Terry.

That was my first thought too, however, the Titan is our extra vehicle and doesn't go out too much so should be fine. Once I got the Focus the other Titan stayed home most of the time except for its trips to the dealer (racked up 2k miles back and forth in the past month, finally just left it there).

Hubby drives the Titan back and forth to work (12 miles round trip once/week) and it goes out if we are doing something with the kids. Other than that it sits in the yard.

The Focus bears the brunt of the miles......sitting at 11,250 right now.

Virginia, right.? .... it's mid-November and so far, the weather up north has been super nice .. so the Ad's for boats, jet-ski's and RWD vehicles like the Bullitt and the Tran-Slams are in full bloom ... the problem is, dealers think (especially Yankee dealers) 2/3 months in advance and the first morning that everyone wakes up to a "white Monday", then you won't be able to give those things away ... right now they're doing the tall $11's, low low low low $12's with tiny miles ... Retail Rd.? I bet you can find a dealer in Philly or Richmond that would drop-kick one off his lot for the tall $12's/low $13's just to make room for "any" 4wd ....... what prices are they asking.?

Reposting is a good thing ... I've just been so darn busy showing Emeril Lagasse how to cook, that the time just seems to "burn" away ......

Soooo ... we have a 02 Bimmer 330i 4dr with the sports pack rolling around in Greenville ... it's black (no help) with the tan guts, we have 36k, auto, blinders, slider, big sound, the bun warmers and we can see the air in the tires .... without seeing the vehicle, it's hard to say what $600 might do for you .. the dealer might think $1,000 for the rubber, service and the detail, what will effect it most will be the "overall" look of it, especially a black one that far south .. super cleans ones with 25/35k are seeing the $22/$23ish range come trade side ..... down Retail Rd: New rubber, a superb "come to Jesus" detail, fantastic 4/5 liner Ad in the biggest paper in the area, all the service records pouring out of the glove box, $26,900 *asking* and off it goes for the first $25,0/$26ish - the books are waaay off on these .. the only thing that could hold this back is the color, but it's the right time of the year for it .....

..... Before the games start .....

01 4dr Jetta 4 banger GLS with 29k ... the miles are low, the color is good anywhere, abs, power pack with the tunes, auto - you say no runs no hits no errors and the service is 100% ....

Trade side, in and around the low/mid $8's, might maybe "could" find a dealer to swagger up to the super high $8's, low low low low low low $9's if it's puurfect and it glows in the dark, maybe - because unless your driving an 05 Acura RL with 900 miles, then they're is no such thing as "excellent" condition .... down Retail Rd, $10,900 *asking* and $9,9/$10,5 gets a new owner .. thats why it's tuff for a dealer to put big money in these things because of the "asking retail figures" .. everyone can afford $9,900, few choose to pay $10,900 ... make sense.?

    Terry,

Besides my Honda Odyssey, for my daughter what would the trade value in Buffalo NY be for her

    2003 Hyundai Accent
    4DR GL
    14000 miles
    Very clean

She goes back and forth from the hosptial often since my 4 year old granddaughter has some chronic medical issues that need constant attention. She is trying to find a vehicle a little larger and safer in the Buffalo snow.

    Thanks so much.

terry, your #s for my 02 SVT Focus were spot on -- dealer offered $9400. Did a killer detail and sold it in a day for $12400!

You need to start by following the information in RED above the posting area so that complete information can be provided about the car. A 5 speed no A/C will have a different value than an atuomatic with A/C.

Trade value on an Accent. Low no matter which way you look at it.

She may be better off with simply buying a good set of snow tires for the car and hope for the best.

Thanks Terry...sorry for the incomplete information.

    Buffalo, NY
    2003/ Hyundai Accent /GL
    4 Door Sedan
    1.6 Automatic
    FWD
    14,000 Miles
    Red Exterior/Gray Cloth Interior
AC; Power Windows, Door Locks, Mirrors and CD Player
    Interior very clean
    Exterior clean, no dings
    Tires about 25% worn
    Brakes are good
    Maintained per schedule at dealer
    No damage or repaints

You think we can pull $7000 for this?
  • driftracerdriftracer Member Posts: 2,448
No, sir, I don't think it'll happen on trade - that's a $5,000 car, simply because of its company's reputation and market standing.

Your best bet is to sell it retail and a spiffy cleanup - advertise it at $8,995 and you may see $7250-7500 real money.

****I don't think that all the New York writers could think of these plots****

This time I'm left saying "why me?" I was perfectly happy with the Titan I had, just couldn't keep doing the once a week to the shop routine, it was starting to cost me big bucks, time off work to take it over there, gas money for the trip there and back, just didn't want to play anymore.

I just hope that the new one is better, I don't want to trade again. Its too stressful anymore. I'm sure glad my little Focus is so good, at least one of the 3 stays out of the shop.

Pull $7,000 trade side for a Hyundai Accent? Maybe in a dream while visiting that special happy place. $7,000ish is a dealer retail number for that car. Consider yourself lucky if you get an ACV trade over $4,500. If Terry doesn't get to far behind to catch your post, he can give you more exact numbers what the car is doing in your area.

It is what it is, a Hyundai Accent.

I got a previous reply on my '91 Jetta GLI, 131Kmi, sunroof, A/C. Could be a different beast, as mine is in excellent cosmetic shape with no mechanical problems, but FYI...

Terry posited a dealer trade in for my car of $500-$1000. I have had several local used lots say they'd give me about $1400. I could probably sell it myself for $2K+.

So take those numbers, and subtract what it would cost to fix up your car.... Unfortunately you might not be left with much. :-(

    Terry,

Yes, you're right, I'm in Virginia. The cars I've seen on E-bay have been from all over, but the one I was most interested in was in Massachusetts w/ 3,900 miles...They were real proud of that car...bidding was to start at 18,000, which seemed quite high!!!

No bids placed, car gone, but I'm guessing it'll be back. It seems owners of Bullitt Mustang's might think they're a bit more exclusive than they are...I'm not willing to pay a huge premium, but I do like them.

I'll wait till the first snow in the northeast to ease prices!!

    Thanks!!!

I would agree with you. The number I was thinking about was perhaps $5k.

I think that the Accent is a decent car but ... Hyundais come with so much baggage that buyers are looking for serious discounts.

When you buy certain makes - Hyundai, Kia or certain models that are oversold or popular in the fleets - Taurus, you need to accept that you are going to need to hold on to the car for a LONG time to overcome the large depreciation hit that you are going to experience.

My roommate has the following (sorry, I posted this car a few months or a year ago, but now I think he's serious about trading, probably on a new Corolla):

2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport (mid-line model)
    4.0 6-cylinder, 5-speed manual
    black exterior, gray cloth interior
    graphite alloy wheels
    45k miles
    hard and soft tops
tilt wheel, rear defrost and wiper
    NO a/c
factory AM/FM cassette with speakers in roll bar, NO CD
in Chicago 60657 (north side, near the rich DePaul kids)

Condition generally good, paint very nice, no major scratches or dings. Left corner (probably plastic part only) of rear bumper pushed in, but no compromise to structure or mounts of bumper. Interior good with the exception of one cig burn in driver's seat, in need of general detailing but we'll have that done before trade. Soft top missing one plastic window panel, hard top now installed, wiper and rear defrost functional. Tires are original but in surprisingly good condition for 45k (would it pay to spend the $600 to have them replaced anyway?). New brake pads all around, rotors in front. He owes somewhere around $7-7500, I'm thinking trade should well exceed that. What do you think on trade, or should he sell outright? Prices on these rigs are really all over the place. As always, thanks!!

Trade side/ Maybe $100-$200/ maybe zero as it will cost them to get rid of it. You have Go-zillion miles and a/c doesn't even work.

Private party, less than $1000 should find it a new home. It is the supercharged engine that needs premium gas?

Good tires in the snow? If yes, it should sell for a winter beater for someone in the snow belt. Yup, I think advertise it for maybe $1500, maybe even find the right area of town to park it with a BIG sign in the window.

The dealer only offered $12,500 for the 04 Mitsubishi, what would you think would be a fair (quick) price for it if they went on a private sale?
I know you like your updates, the ad will go in the paper this weekend for the 01 Chevy Prizm LSI for $8,900 and we will see what happens.

    Many thanks!

Sorry it took so long but I wanted to thank you Terry and the others who responded to my post about by daughter's Hyundai Accent. We're considering our options but it looks like we'll try to sell outright.

Thanks again and regards to all...Richard

               ============================

I musta missed this one, lets shuffle off to Buffalo ......

It's an 03 Hyundai Accent GL, it's a 4dr with 14k, we have the auto, we have the power pack, color is almost ok, no hits no runs no errors and it's been serviced ... if it looks/drives/feels new, no funny stuff, no Popeyes chicken in the back seats ... depending on the dealer, they probably put the mid/tall $4's in it, might get a crazy dealer to drop the low low low low low (did I say low?) low low $5's in it .... Retail Rd.? $6,900 *asking* and take the first "real deal" $5,9/$6,5 ...... don't let your ego get in the way here, it's a Hyundai, not a Tag Heuer ............. :)

...... Thanks for the update ... you got a-l-l the money on the retail side - and then some ...... makes for an early Christmas .... :)

..... **bidding was to start at 18,000, which seemed quite high!!!** .....

Quite high..?!? .. thats probably the understatement of the planet .. sometimes it takes 2/3 months of Ad's and no calls and some low bids to get them back to Earth (if the ego doesn't set in) ... sounds like my neighbor, he's been asking $20,000 too much for his boat since July ~ now he says he will just keep it because he just won't "give it away" ... give it away.? .. he's $20 grand over market -- Helloooooooooo, is anyone home ..?

.. the 2 most expensive things on the planet: false pride and ego ..l..o..l....

Haven't been here since July, but I am shocked to see that nothing has changed since Jolie is still up to her old ways... buying another truck ? Geez !!! What's the over-under # of days on this new truck before being flipped for another Ford Focus? My money is on Spring '05.
    But, I digress....
Terry, I need your help on a sale of my current SUV, and purchase of another SUV. Below are the specs:
    To sell:
    2001 Sequoia SR5 2WD
    54,000 miles
    Silver/platinum
    leather seats and trim
Dual Air, alloy wheels, roof rack, privacy glass
    new-ish Michelin LTX tires
    Location: San Diego, CA
    The bad:
A couple of scratches on the rear bumper and tail gate
    no 4WD
    no towing hitch
What should I be looking to get for this as trade-in at a dealer, vs private party sale ?

    To buy
    2001 or 2002 LX470
    Pearl white/tan
    35,000 miles
    loaded with ML, Nav, etc....
What should I pay for this puppy ?
Thanks, as always for all of your great help on this forum.

               ===========================

Good description - thanks ..... Reposting is a good thing, I've been very busy lately with my accordion lessons ...

In the land of the Vibe Awards ... (3rd seat.?) we have a 01 Sequoia SR5, 2wd, a little kiss to the transom, right color for anywhere, leather, hot and cold running breeze, solar glass, rack and wheels ... you know the deal by now, no paint, no K-mart collisions, no Bonnie and Clyde interior and deep sneakers ... if so, then trade side, in and around the super tall $17's, low/mid $18's, "might" find a dealer to wander into the tall $18's - .... down Retail Rd, superb detail, glorious 5 liner ad in the paper, $21,495 *asking* and cut it loose for the first $20,5/$20,9 ...............

"02" LX470, 35k, right color ... dealer probably paid the $38ish range for it, probably hits the table at $39ish, $41ish probably gets it home .... I would think you could trade your vehicle and "around" a $23ish *difference* .......

                        Let me know what happens.!

                                  Terry.
