You would not happen to know when the new 2007 models are
coming out?
The 2007 models will probably be out at the end of Sept., but should be little changed from the 2006.
The BIG change (redesign) will come for the 2008 model year.

They have affordable, and good insulators such as rubber and asphalt. Dynamat is more expensive, but works a bit better.
They have to make a redesign soon ortherwise there will be few buyers. The brakes on the Accords also overheat when used during longer, stronger braking distances.
Look under the dash (to the left of the driver's footrest), you will see a fuse box cover. Remove the cover. You will see three rows of fuses. Remove the third one from the left (bottom row). This is fuse #3 in the service manual (the big manual you have to buy).
Once removed, you will have to live with a yellow DRL light showing in the dash display - which is telling you there is something wrong with the DRL. It also confirms you removed the correct fuse. This will only show during the day when the headlights aren't on.
Myself - I found it annoying that I couldn't run the ventilation system (parked) without those lights on all the time.
Accord is a good car but the style of it is not what Honda buyers were looking for with this generation of Accord. I hope Honda goes back to the 96-97 Accord styling in some form of another to match Altima. The mid 90's Accord is when Honda took a shot at the styling. The 03 Accord screams conservative to me. With the 06 Honda finally got rid of the tailights that were complained about on the 03-05 Accords. The 06 looks better but less distinctive than the 03-05 models. The current generation of Accord has good looking stock rims though on the tires.
I do not believe this statement is accurate:

I should rephrase what I said on my last post Honda has to take a shot at the styling on the 08 Accord like they did with the sporty character of the 96. Thats what I am saying. No, your right I shouldn;t expect the 08 to look like the 96. Who wants a 2008 car to look like a car from 1996? I don;t think anybody would.
Why, do you think the 96 looks more conservative than the 98 Accord Sedan or the 03+ accord sedan? I;'m just wondering.
So, something with the more angular Acura styling seems like a good bet.
IMO, as nice as the car already is (interior, powertrains, etc), if they can improve on the good parts, and also nail the styling, sales will see a major boost.
It shouldn't be hard to sell a lot of them if it comes across as an Acura with Honda practicality, for 5k+ less than the Acura.
Frankly, one of the reasons I bought an Accord EX-L instead of a TSX is the 6K+ price savings. The TSX was nice, but the extra features (at the expense of interior room and mpg) didn't add up to enough (to me) to spend the extra $$.

Thanks!
In fact, running regular through many of today's engines that reccommend Premium will not hurt the car either. Instead, the car will recognize that regular is running through it, and will adjust the compression ratio in the engine down to a safe level for burning regular. It doesn't hurt it in these cars, but reduces performance; again, that's only for cars that reccommend premium.
Your Accord will run on regular just like it will on premium, except it will do so much cheaper, and unless I'm mistaken, with slightly lower emissions than using the good stuff.
Trust me, if your Accord is rated to use regular, it will be fine. I have 161,000 miles on my Accord that's never seen a drop of "Plus" or "Premium" in its life. Not one engine repair ever (I've had a couple of things replaced, but a cooling fan motor and brake master cylinder aren't related to fuel!) Go regular, it does a Honda good.
[There isn't a need to discuss this anymore since I believe what I said, and you dis-agree]

My point is that is all based off of how you drive. Sure the 2007 camry is great but it already has a transmission recall . Now more people will see why the accord hybrid needs to be a 4 cylinder model. Honda had the right idea but need to fix that "flaw" in the next model!! Besides, who really gets those miles on a single tank of gas? Hybrid or 4 cyl i like the accord better :P. Still honda needs to update the vtec engines. The 3.0 in the accord v6 came out in the 1st cl in 1998
