  I had a similar problem with the driver and passenger locks on my 98 GC. The actuators were bad I could hear the little motor sound but nothing happened. They couldn't be repaired, only replaced. I'm not sure if the mechanism changed for the next generation (2001 - 07) or how difficult they are to access on the side doors. As an ambitious back yard mechanic, I found mine were relatively simple to remove and replace.

  I have a '03 t&c and my window was open and my nieces pop spilled all over inside and I cleaned what I could outside the door but now my window is starting to stick and sound ugly is there anything I can do to clean without messing up the motor
