I have no idea what that means.

Have you learned nothing from Doug DeMuro, Tyler Hoover, & The Car Wizard videos?
I find all of them annoying, so no.

Could be fun while it lasts. Which likely won’t be very long. At least Q can work on it himself. Hopefully he has plenty of free time.
You have touched on a key problem of mine. Not enough time for all the vehicles I have.

Re: Chronic Car Buyers Anonymous
The farthest I ever did in one shot was from Saskatoon to North Vancouver, just a hair under 1000 miles, in about 15 hours, through the Canadian Rockies in the middle of the night -- two gas stops. I used to run Edmonton/Phoenix fairly regularly, as well as Vancouver/Phoenix in around 30 hours, but there was usually a nap (hour or so) stop along the way. I usually timed the trips to do as much driving overnight as possible, to limit the traffic.Longest I had was 17 hours, Cincinnati to Naples. Supposed to leave by 9 am, but didn’t leave until Noon. I drove most of the first 14 hours, but one hour into resting: “hey, Dan is really tired, can you take over?” So, drove the last two hours, (3-5 am) with one eye open. 😕
For those who don't know, the time you're most likely to go to sleep at the wheel is just after sunrise, if you've been driving all night.
Those days are done.

You don’t even get to drive a variety of different cars? Doesn’t sound like as much fun just driving a van instead!

You got that right. Better thoughts than that have gotten folks committed.

I got an unexpected laugh watching one of the Palisades fire aftermath videos yesterday. There aren't many light moments in those. You mean that old range rovers make great YouTube content?
Authorities decided to let residents of some of the areas where the devastation was not total go back to see how their homes had survived. The video showed the process of residents queuing up at a Malibu beach parking area along the PCH and being met by an army of police officers and other staffers who verified their identity and addresses. It was a long line of Lexuses, Teslas, and various other not-cheap cars. Once they were verified as being legit and entitled to visit, the staff had bundles of yellow plastic caution tape in their hands cut to about 18" lengths, which they would tie around outside mirror posts or wiper arms to let those doing traffic control up in the areas know they could enter.
One fellow in a newish-looking white Range Rover was in line and went through the ID process successfully. The officer went to tie the yellow flag around the drivers side wiper arm and it came loose. The driver wasn't sure what was going on so he turned on the wipers. The passenger side one went back and forth normally while the drivers side just sat still halfway up the windshield. RR reliability!
