I spotted an (insert obscure car name here) classic car today! (Archived)

I think I needed to create a message board where we talk about crazy old obscure cars that we saw on the way to work, in the neighborhood, or at the junkyard.

I'll start:

2 blocks from my house, someone owns a red Yugo with a flapping American flag hanging on its rear!

On my way to work, I saw both a DeLorean and an AMC Spirit 4WD station wagon with wood paneling.

Real-World Trade-In Values

Hello,

Perhaps the biggest Problem that I see with
shoppers who have done research on the net as a
salesman is trade-in value.

So I decided to start this topic. I can, through
acess to information not generally available to the
public, get you a pretty good idea of what your
trade may very well be worth.

I spotted a NEW (insert make/model) today!

This is sort of the opposite end of the I spotted an (insert obscure car name here) today! discussion. Not really about spyshots, but actual on the road sightings of new models...

What brought this on... driving up the road yesterday, glanced in the reaview and my eye was caught by one of the new "retro" Mustangs. Silver. I'm not really a Ford guy, but this car got my attention. Maybe it's a sign of my age, but this looked like a CAR. Back when you could tell make/model/year at a glance and before everything had the shape of a Taurus. But before we get off on a styling tangent... Maybe we should include the town,state where we make these sightings so we can get a feel for where new models are spreading to. My new 'stang was spotted in State College, PA...
