I don't get anywhere near $651/mo, assuming the .00352 MF quoted by my co-host is accurate. Ah, the base MF is .00270, so your dealer is marking it up. Still only takes the payment to $708/mo.

So, since your quote is better than what we can calculate, what do you plan to do?

Realistically?

They aren't discounting the vehicle and they are marking up the money factor.

I'd say it's take it or leave it, with this dealer. Is the vehicle that popular? Can you try another dealer? If not, what you see is what you get.

If you are satisfied with the price, just watch out for anything extra in the finance office, just like you would with any automobile purchase.

Why is the residual for LR4 2016 60/62% (landmark edition) & LUX at 67% ? Shouldn't be all the same since the engine doesn't change ?

Different trim levels often have different residuals. Engine type rarely impacts the numbers.

I'm looking at 2016 LR4 HSE Silver and Landmark (Lux?) editions. If the MF and residual hasn't changed since the reply to greez82, could someone supplement the information for 33 month / 10K miles per annum (otherwise, I would appreciate updated figures for 36 and 39 months as well)

Also, could someone provide MF and residual for 33/36/39 months and 12K miles per year for both HSE and Landmark?

Finally, does anyone have any idea why dealer MF seems lower than what is sourced in this forum?

No change.. 33 month residuals are actually lower than 36 months.

It seems there are special money factors that seem to be about .00100 lower than the info we have. It's probably just a document that we don't have.

Just to share my experience, a few days ago I leased an in-stock MY2016.5 LR4 Silver Edition (HSE) with the Climate Comfort package and a few dealer options with a MF of 0.00170 and a residual of 67% for 36 months / 10K miles per year thru Land Rover finance. I estimated that the gross capitalized cost for our deal was less than $500 above 'invoice'.
Compared to the MF's for the Range Rover Evoque (RRE), the MF for the LR4 is much higher (!) but the LR4 has a higher residual (% and $). As a result, the LR4 lease when compare to a RRE (HSE) has a lower monthly depreciation cost but a much higher monthly finance cost. In order to get the LR4 before the new model year, I guess we have to pay more to the finance company in terms of financing charges. Oh, well. (Maybe they'll be more forgiving when billing any excess wear/tear at lease end since we're paying them a good deal of money for financing the lease and adding to their profitability). Anyway, the significantly higher residual % made the LR4 lease payments lower than I expected.
One other thing I noted (after signing the new lease), if the residual for 12K miles per year / 36 months is actually 66% for same vehicle, it would have cost about $632 over the lease term (approx $17.50/mo) for 6K extra miles or $0.1054 per mile. I may have done it as an 'insurance' against significant increases in our estimated mileage use due to any moving or job changes as excess mileage at lease end is $0.30 / mile.

The current Land Rover numbers are valid until tomorrow, 5/2/16.

The only numbers we have are from LR Financial Group - is that Chase?

.00270 and 66% / 64% for Silver; subtract 4% for Landmark.

No US Bank information

.00170 MF is good for 36 month terms.

Not sure if it's good for longer terms. If not, it's .00270
