Mike..take it off immediately.
I would think that heat build up would be more of an enemy than centrifugal force. That double sided tape they put on the medallions is some wicked strong stuff. I doubt that you'll need anything else.
BTW, Wyckoff Chrysler is giving 300M Enthusiasts Club members an additional 5% off. Just mention the Club name on the order form and they'll take 5% off the order.

Yes you could get another power source to wire in the inside button. They don't want you using the trund as a spoiler while driving down the freeways. The idea is you will not take off while someone is bending over in the trunk, or backing up while they are in the trunk. (talk about a blind spot).

I have tried a couple of different ways with no luck.
You may post a photo directly into the body of your message using HTML tags. While composing your post in the Post box, type in the location of the photo on the World Wide Web with the img src="http://url-location-of-photo" enclosed in the < > characters. When you click on the button you will see your photo in your newly posted message.
Please note that the URL location for your photo cannot be longer than 100 characters.
As a courtesy to your fellow Town Hall members, please do not post extremely large photos as it will decrease the speed of the page download. If you wish to share a photo that is large in file size, please post a link to the photo using just the URL instead of the HTML "img src" tag.
You can post pics as buttons, too.

To show a photo inline in your post (instead of just a link to a photo), you have to use the img src=URL tag, inside of <>, but these have to be your own photos. Edmund's TOU prohibits inline photos that are on others' web sites, due to copyright concerns.

The center caps of your razorstars are perfectly flat, so just clean the caps w/alcohol and stick the medallions on.
By the way, since the medallions are on the center of the wheel, there is no centrifugal force on them.
When I picked up my car it had obnoxious dealer license plate frames on front and back. White with big blue lettering. I took them off before I drove off, with the sales person watching me.
My up scale ritzy neighborhood installer is asking a ridiculous price for the install, but they really are a nationally-famous shop for their competition car work. They don't really need my business, but as I am meticulous about my car I am going to pay the price (which I am too embarrassed to disclose-don't ask.) The 2nd choice shop gave me the same preliminary quote last week, so really no relief there. Dang, kind of takes the fun out of it. If it wasn't 100 F in Dallas, I would install it myself.
I was hit doing a left turn and some dude ran a red light and hit me in the rear passenger quarter panel. I gunned it and tried to avoid being hit. I was spinning around and SMOKIN the front tires from where I punched it. I guess if I hadn't of done that he would have become my passenger!
I feel fine, just shook up. I was spun around about 110 degs. It bent in the rear wheel to rub on the strut, rolled an edge on the rear door a little and popped loose some of the bumper fasteners. I can still open the doors and everything else appears to work fine, but I had to get it towed to the local dealers body shop.
I wonder why when I asked the same question last week, no one responded???????? Oh well.
I've got 21k on my M and have at least another 10k left on the fronts and maybe 20k on the rears. My other cars always need front brakes around 22k and rears around 35k. I use the auto stick to slow the car when coming to a quick stop--didnt do that as much in my other vehicles--so that probably increases brake life. I change the tranny fluid about every 20k so hopefully the tranny will take the added stress of using it as a braking device.

Here is an example of the code. Replace the ( and ) with regular tags:
