    Under the Member Agreement's reference to "Unauthorized Commercial Activity," it reads, and I quote:

    "You agree that, except with Edmunds.com’s prior consent, you will not solicit or promote any products or services, nor self-promote (either in your Postings or in your profiles) for personal gain within Town Hall. You agree you will not use information supplied within Town Hall to solicit or promote any products or services via email or any other method. You agree to not gather public email addresses from member profiles for the purposes of spamming or soliciting members. You agree to not promote other auto forums that provide message boards or chats."

    First of all, I did not identify which Yahoo group I was referring to.

    Second, we have been given permission by a Town Hall host to refer to our group as such ... but we cannot say, "hey, come on over to www.groups.yahoo/xxxxx.htm to chat right now."

    I am following the rules, sir. Do not make false accusations at me or I'll ... I'll ... dump you and start dating Mike.
