Just leased the 2014 Accord LX coupe Automatic in South Florida. Traded in my 05 Taurus SE with 82,000 miles (CarMax offered me $1500 for it). With the trade-in, I paid nothing down (not even 1st payment) and got my monthly lease payment at $200.00 including tax for 36 months @ 12,000 miles per year. The MSRP is listed as $25,265.
From other offers I had received at VW and Mazda, I was thrilled with this deal and absolutely love the car. Is this a good deal for this model?
Wow .. $200/mo with tax for a car that stickers at $25K is a great deal. Enjoy!
I just completed a deal for a 2014 Accord EX-L four cylinder in Nj. MSRP 29,060. Sales price 24,536.27. 36/10k. Traded in 2009 Infiniti for 14,500 and applied against price for tax benefit. Residual 15,983 - .55. I put 3000 down from trade and have 212.88 per month for 35 months. First payment included in 3000 down. Fees listed were 595 acquisition, 237' title and registration, 399 doc fee and 299 warr prem. Total cost for 36 months is 10,450. Any thoughts?
Can you please tell me the MF and residual on 2014 Accord Sedan LX and Sport (4 cyl) for 12k/36 in Southern California and any incentives. Thanks in advance.

.00026 MF and 56% for 36/12 on the LX. Subtract 1% for Sport. $1500 lease cash.
Thanks Michaell! This is my first time leasing. I just got an internet quote for the 2014 Sport for $21,435 and the MSRP was $25,305. Is this enough information to give me an idea of what I would be paying?

It is ... I calculate a pre-tax payment of $218.00 for 36 months.
Well.. the monthly payment looks cheap... but, their won't be any upfront taxes like in your quote. CA taxes the payment, monthly. The only tax upfront is on amounts paid upfront.
Could someone help me assess this lease offer? I apologize in advance if I'm missing information. This is the first time I've considered leasing a car.
2014 Accord LX Sedan Auto $158 per month for 36 months. $23,545 MSRP. Net capitalized cost of $20,095 includes a $595 non-refundable acquisition fee. This is not a Honda lease .. they are using a 59% residual for 36/12; Honda Finance has the LX at 56%.
So ... don't know what MF they are using, either, to get to the $158/mo number. If I use the 59% RV and .00026 MF (Honda MF for the Accord this month), I get a pre-tax payment of $181.15/mo.
$158/mo looks really good, even if the initial costs are around $1000 or so.
That might be a Honda lease. The only thing that makes me think it might be different, is because it's in Illinois, and sometimes they get different programs to offset the high lease taxes. Other than the residual being off, everything else matches a standard Honda program.
Leased an Accord EX-L sedan, 4 cylinder, in New Jersey. $329 sign and drive, including NJ 7% sales tax, for 36 months/15K miles per year. We are thrilled with the deal/car.

Looking for some validation. 2014 EX MSRP 26,470 got a price of $22,556, 7% sales tax quoting 271/mo tax first payment and doc fee due at signing, 3yr/36k lease. Wondering What the MF is here in nebraska and opinion on good deal or no?

National MF for Accords is .00026. 36/12 residual for EX is 56%, so with your MSRP and selling price I get a pre-tax payment of $224.52 - adding in the 7% tax takes the payment to $240.23.
Came here to ask if this is a good deal - 2014 Coupe EX-L 25,500, MF .00026, Residual 52%, $3000 down, $269.25/m which includes tax. Sales tax where I'm from is 8.225% located in central CA. We would need to know the MSRP and selling price to fully evaluate this deal.
How much of the $3000 is going to cap cost reduction? We recommend against that, as the money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

If I put less down, then the payments go up. By the way, I found a better deal with cap cost at 22,932 and residual at 15,105. Monthly payment with tax is 245 with 3k down. I'll post the details when I get the lease agreement.

The total paid is the same for the entire lease - however, with a large down payment, if the car is stolen or totaled, then you lose the down payment.
Hi, First time posting and a checking on a lease question. This is for Mass resident. I've heard that dealers in Texas can provide some sort of offset tax credits to minimize the effect to the lease payment.

First time posting and a checking on a lease question. This is for Mass resident. A dealer is offering $0 down with 12k/per year, includes, mass sales tax, dealer doc fee, title and registration fees included for $259/month for 36 months. This would be for a 2014 Accord Sport.
Sorry no other details were provided. Does this look like a good deal?
Thank you in advance.
