MF is .00026 and residual is 55%. With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $193.47/mo.

I'm interested in potentially leasing a 2013 Honda Accord v6, either EX, EX-L or EX-L with Nav.

Anyone have the MF and residual (and any other relevant info that might be helpful?) for these, in Los Angeles, CA?

I'm not sure if leasing of buying outright (I normally pay cash) makes the most sense, but if the total cost of the lease is within earshot of what a [then] five model-year old would worth in three years, it might try leasing. It seems a roughly equivalent 2010 Accord goes for about $18,000, which is about 7k less than what the car I'd want costs now.

Assuming I got a decent deal, does anyone know what would the total cost of such a lease be? If there isn't any information on a 2013, a 2014 or 2015 would work.

I'm sorry if any of these questions are silly...I'm certainly new to this. Thanks!

There aren't any lease programs still in effect for the 2013 model. Some great deals on 2014 models.. If you want the 2013, you should buy, instead of lease.

Dealer told me that the mf drops from .00051 to .00041 with the sign and drive 0 down leases.

Looking to get the Accord Went to the dealer over weekend and was offered $363/month with 2,000 down...after a bit they came back with $250/month with 2,000 down...supposedly this included all taxes and fees ...What questions should i be asking when i call back today? You should be negotiate a selling price, not a payment. Head over to the "Accord Prices Paid" discussion to see what the selling price target should be.

Lease payment calculations aren't that hard - nothing more complicated than 4th grade math. You want to get the lowest selling price and ensure that the base MF is being used (usually not a problem with Honda).

Ouch residuals took a dive on 14s.  What is the best hypothetical lease on and Accord right now?   I want it to be as loaded up as possible.  Could be sedan or coupe.

Too many variables to answer. We'd need an MSRP and negotiated selling price.

Not many 14's left, so Honda finance doesn't have much incentive to support the leases with good residuals
