Hello. Would it be possible to get numbers for a Laredo Altitude Package 4x4, 36 Months, 12K in Massachusetts? I received a quote (MSRP $38,480) of $525 with $2,000 down plus $1,000 lease loyalty and the dealer buying out my remaining lease of $3,300 (just getting to over mileage). Quote seems high to me.
.00010 and 56%.
What is the final negotiated cap cost? Is the $3300 being added onto that?
@Michaell@Edmunds
Thank You. Final cap cost would be $35,180. $3,300 off MSRP negated by the $3,300 lease buyout and then the cap cost reduction of $3K from $2K down and $1K lease incentive.
Does Jeep (Chrysler Financial?) do 24 or 27 month leases? If so, could you please provide the MF and residual for a GC Limited 4x4 with 12k miles/yr. The standard 36 month lease numbers would be nice too. Thanks!

Can someone please share what to shoot for as far as a reduction off the MSRP on these? I see a $3,650 bonus cash offer (on Limiteds with Luxury II). If there is about a $2k difference between the MSRP and the invoice, can I expect to get about $5,600 off?

Invoice is always a good place to start with regards to pricing. And yes, the cash off should come off the invoice price.
Will you please provide the MF and residual for a GC Limited 4x2 with 12k miles/yr. 24/27/36 mo terms would be much appreciated! Does engine matter? If so, this would be a V-8.

My dealer is telling me that Chrysler Capital only does 36 month leases on the Grand Cherokees. Where are your 24 month numbers coming from? Could he be wrong or lying to me for some reason?

The document I'm looking at says "Chrysler Capital" at the top and shows both lease MF's and residuals for 24 month lease terms ... all the way up to 42 months, for what it's worth.

I am looking to lease a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4 with an Msrp of $55,885 and a purchase price of $51,385 for 36 months at 12k per year in Massachusetts. The dealer came back with $756 per month including taxes with only first month down, no other details provided.
Could you calculate what you think would be a decent lease rate? The dealer amount seems high to me. Thank you

Using the MF of .00009 and 48% residual with your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $689.27 for 36 months. So, in the ball park, depending on what taxes run. There might be a slight bump in the MF from the dealer to add a bit of profit, and I'm not sure how much lower you can negotiate the selling price.
Hi - based on my recent experience leasing V8 Summut, going to add some comments here relative to both saabguy914 and troutbum3 that should be relevant to both of their efforts:
First, the dealer i am working with in PA had a few finance options (and we all do as customers) - I opted with Ally because there was significant lease cash available that was not with Chrysler. Granted the MF with Ally was lousy but their residual was much better and more than made up for the high MF - and then add in the lease cash @ $5k. So saabguy914 - you may want to explore that option
Second , for troutbum3 - put in order for my Summit V8 MSRP same as yours 55,885 and selling price @ 51, 232. I am going with 36 mos but lower miles @ 10k/yr and Ally residual is 52% (by comparison , Chrysler for same term/miles was 49% - that 3 pts makes a difference!). Granted to Ally MF not competitive vs Chrysler';s .00009 but the lease cash of 5k got my adj cap cost down to $46,827 resulting in monthly payment of $698.
Hope some of this detail helps!

That's great info, thanks for sharing. I want it all though! I want the low MF, high residual and lease cash. I guess we can't have it all.
Yeah - hear ya. But it's all a game. For me, Ally made most sense and the higher residual (coupled with lease cash) has bigger impact to the monthly payment then the MF (in this case) so, check out Ally or at least see if your dealer will play along
Michaell - I am switching from looking at Sorentos to Jeep Grand Cherokees. I am looking to lease a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with an MSRP of $33,990. Can you tell me what the MF and Residual is for Pittsburgh, PA. Thanks for all your help
I am confused by the lease cash numbers some people are posting here. I live in Florida, and when I view incentives under Car Research, it lists 2900 in lease cash. I can then add 1000 for conquest and another 500 for military/college grad. Am I missing something? I was intending to get the 4x2 Limited w/Luxury/Nav that has an MSRP of 41k down to the invoice of 38k, and then apply the 4400 outlined above to aim for a selling price of about 34k. Does this seem like a great deal if a dealer bites? I dont want to leave any money on the table. Thanks!
What you're missing is that the lease cash that you quoted is only available when you go through an independent lease company and these companies have much higher money factors than Chrysler financial. So you won't be able to use a selling price of $34k and the Chrysler mf to get to an expected lease payment. You will have to compare the payment without the 2900 lease cash using Chrysler's mf and residual vs getting the 2900 but getting a very different mf and residual. Good luck with your search!

Correct me if I am wrong, but if I choose Ally for instance, they would offer lease cash(2900) but with a different mf/residual? I will then have to calculate if this is a better option. If I use Chrysler, I will not get the 2900 but I will get the .00006/54%. Is this correct? If so, it seems like going with Ally or another lender would be wise to take advantage of the lease cash right?

That is correct. Different finance institutions have different MF and residuals. The only numbers we have, however, are for Chrysler, so we won't be able to tell you if the dealer is marking up the base MF for extra profit.

Thanks everyone for their assistance. I leased a Jeep Grande Cherokee Limited tonight (MSRP: $41205). At a discounted price of $38,600 and a .57 residual with a MF of .00019, my monthly payments are $482 for 36 months and 12,000 miles per year. In addition, I traded in a 2005 Mazda tribute for $5000. They cut me a check for $4260 and applied the $740 to my first payment and up-front fees. We couldn't be happier.
