UPDATE: I am in upstate NY (Hudson Valley). I posted a question just a couple days ago. I ended up having 2 dealers duking it out for my business so I got an even better deal in the end. I picked up my Jeep GC Altitude yesterday. Bottom line, I ended up paying 1300 in tax and $387 first mo. so $1687 total on signing. $387 mo/ 36 mo/ 12000. I am a happy camper....and it's REALLY nice. NO back up cam comes in this Altitude package though, as someone mentioned above. Also, it's just a 6 speaker sound system but it doesn't matter because it sounds great!

Good evening, I am in the market for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. The MSRP is $39,030. The selling price is invoice $37,342 less $1,000 conquest for a net cost of $36,342. In addition, I told the dealer that I wanted to put $2,000 cash down which would lower the net cost to $34,342. I had the dealer run a 36 /15k per year lease as well as a 24 / 15k. Here are the numbers I was quoted: 36 /15 $ 449.00 per month including tax. 24 / 15 $454.00 per month including tax.

Could you please give me some insight as to whether or not this is a fair deal? Do you think they can go lower and if so by how much in your opinion. I live in PA

I am assuming that since you are in PA you are looking the 4x4.

The 36/15 numbers are .00021 MF and 55% residual. Using your MSRP and net cap cost, I get a pre-tax payment of $369.37.

For 24/15, the numbers change to .00018 and 67% - the pre-tax payment is now $352.22.

I think there is quite a bit of room to negotiate. I suspect that the MF is being marked up on you.

Add 1% for 12K and 2% for 10K

The numbers from Chrysler are valid through tomorrow. I would expect to get the new numbers shortly thereafter.

Got a quote today on limited 4x4 with 20 inch wheels. The net cap cost is 40540 with 36 months 12k miles a year the monthly came out to 459 a month.out of pocket is just first month and transfer of plates.they also will take care of my last 2 payments on my 2012 lease which was 429 a month is this a good deal help me please?

You'll be able to negotiate a better price off sticker on the 14's, but your choices will be more limited.

Just leased a 2014 Overland 4*4 with Advanced tech pkg and CD. MSRP = $49630, net cap cost = $43520, residual = 54%, MF = 0.00010, for 36 months and 10K yearly. The monthly payment is $472 before tax. Hope this help.

The negotiated price is the same as net cap cost = $43520. I also paid $1200 drive off fee, which includes the first month payment, acquisition fee, TLL fee and doc fees.

2015 - standard MF (don't know what that is for Chrysler) and 55% RV

Looks like they are pushing the 2014's a bit harder to get them off the lots.
