Actually, I would say that's not a bad deal. Less than $600/mo for a car that retails for almost $60K.
But yes, living in Texas does have its drawbacks in this case.

Hello... I am looking at a GS350 (Base or F Sport) with 10K or 12K miles, 24 months preferred. Can you help me with the residual and the MF?
I see the new national advertisement is $449, 3K down with 10K miles. Does anyone know if that comes with nav? Any information on residuals and MF for that payment plan?

.00065 MF and 71% residual for 24mo, 10K/yr. $1250 lease cash. 70% residual for 12K/yr.
I think the advertised model does have NAV, but not the super-duper tech package with all the goodies..
I'm getting that number pre-tax, using your numbers... Of course, you are assuming a sales price of $5000 off, that might not be possible (unless they are including the $1250 already). Have to account for an acquisition fee and title/license fees, as well..

I got offered a deal of 27 months/15k a year with $2500.00 plus 8 MSD's ($4,200) to pickup the car in NJ.
$524.00 a month MSRP of vehicles is $57,500 plus remote start for free which cost $495.00 installed. I have the loyalty test drive discount of $1000.00 too. Is that a good deal?
Hey new here. I'm looking to lease a 2014 Lexus GS350 F-Sport. Looking at these numbers on this forum I see the dealer is ripping me off. I was quoted $4495 down 36 months 7.5 miles a year tax and fees included(in nyc) for a gs350 with premium and navigation with Mark Levinson for $579 monthly and $4995 down for the F-Sport $579 a month. PS they did not run my credit. What am I looking to pay for and F-Sport with navigation monthly? I can put down about 3000.

Not a good idea to put money down on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled you bare out that money. Better instead to make MSD to lower the MF.
@residentparks said:
How do you make the msd lower? What is that anyway
MSD is Multiple Security Deposits. The monthly payment, rounded up to the next $50, can be applied to lower the MF by a set amount. Usually, there is a maximum number of MSD that can be applied to a lease.
@residentparks said:
I gotcha. So basically that $3000 I'd put down I can request to put it into msd and in turn that would lower my payment even more?
Thanks. I really don't want to pay more than $570 for the gs350 F-Sport. I have like 12 months on my cadillac srx lease and most dealers said they buy it out without rolling it into the payments.
I don't think you can do MSDs in NY. You should check that. That is too much downpayment for a lease. People get similar deals with no money down. Also it is very hard to find GS with Mark Levinson in the East Coast.
I can confirm - the security deposit is capped in New York at $749. Nothing preventing you from leasing in CT or NJ, using MSD, then registering the car in NY.
So how much do you think I should pay out of pocket outside of dmv fees? And what payment should I expect? I'd like a 24 or 27 month lease at 7.5 miles.
@residentparks said:

If you can get the MSRP and negotiated selling price, we can model a payment for you. Read back a few pages on this thread (and other Lexus lease threads) to see how taxes, fees, etc. are handled.
my friend just got one a 59K MSRP for Only $569 a month 27 Mo/7.5K with NY TAX included in payment he just gave 1st month bank and dmv out of pocket.. hope that helps you.
Sorry about the double post. This time I'm posting in the correct place with the correct numbers.
2014 Lexus GS350 FSport AWD. $458 a month including taxes. 27 months. 12k miles.
Negotiated price $55,000 before rebates. $52,250 after rebates. Which is about $1,000 under invoice. $7k equity in my trade. $4k of that goes to money down and taxes and fees. $3k is kicked back to me.
Dealer seems hesitant to let me pay towards MSD's. The money down is the sticking point on getting that price. The whole deal has been done over email.
I know paying down cap isn't always a good idea. So should I try to push the MSD when I get there tomorrow or is this a good deal?
The monthly payment seems good. But eating into the cap cost or am I actually getting a good deal?
Hey guys, looking for the June numbers for 2014 GS 350 RWD, 15k miles. Are the money factor and residual negotiable, after negotiating the price off MSRP? Thanks in advance!
Thanks KYFDX! If you don't mind, I need some advice.
a. What do you mean by $1250 lease cash? Is this credit to me, or something I have to put down?
b. Looking to lease the 2014 GS 350 RWD, 15k miles. From the research I've done, MSRP will be around $54k. Invoice is likely around $50,500. I need to trade in my 2012 Mercedes E350 coupe, perfect condition, 40k miles (45kmile lease ending in October). Payoff today is $34,500. How can I best ask for equity in my current car (there are not many out there), and still get a good deal on the Lexus? Any help appreciated! I'd like to make it happen this week, before I pay another monthly payment on my E350.

Lease cash is like a rebate - negotiate your best deal before having the lease cash applied.
The best use of the equity in your current car is to use it for MSD - this will lower your MF. Any excess equity can be returned to you from the dealer via a check.
Don't use the equity to de-cap the lease (aka down payment) - the money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

help appreciated. ASAP. in the market for a 2014 GS350 F-sport, MSRP 57,800 in TEXAS
Looking for a Residual / MF for 10k miles and 12k miles for MAY
I was given a price $54,000 not sure if its included the $1250 rebate.
What would be a good price considering the MSRP ?
does the MF and Residual the same for F-sport and NON sport?
All models of the GS350 have the same numbers. 36 month residual for 12K is 60%; for 10K it's 61%. .00065 MF
Ask the dealer about the selling price and whether that includes the lease cash.
