Yes, taxes are rolled in. I will be paying first months payment and that's it. I do not know much about money factor .00015 and the residual $32697. Is that a good deal?

Thats the best deal I have ever seen considering taxes are rolled in. If the money factor is correct, thats approximately .36% interest rate. take money factor .00015 x 2400= .36 . That is an amazing deal!!!

This is going to be my first Lexus lease. 2014 Lexus GS350. Dealler offers me $575 down and $575 a month tax in. 27 months and $18k miles per year. MF is .0015 and RV is .64 cost is about $44k. This is the base gs 350 that marks at $47k.  I want $500 even all around and walked away. Where do you guys think a good number is?

64% is the residual for 27/15 - the extra miles are charged to you at $.20 per, so an extra $1800 is deducted from the residual value.

Also, the base MF for the GS this month is .00015 (3 zeros) - did you leave one off in your post?

With an MSRP of $47,000 and a selling price of $44,000, I get a pre-tax payment of $593.06.

I don't see a way to get to $500/mo without a substantial down payment - which we don't recommend. You might be able to get more of a discount off sticker - every $1000 you negotiate saves you about $37/mo on your payment.

Just scored a Liquid Platinum F Sport, MSRP $57,975, adjusted capital cost at $51,286, and residual at $33,627. Total due at signing was $0, no first months payment, balance payment $536 w/tax included for the remaining 35 months. Total term 36 months, 12k miles per year. Dealer threw in window tint , all weather mats, and first two complete services as a bonus.
Base payment $503.28+sales tax of $32.72= $536.00 per month.
This was in Orlando, FL

What do you guys think?

Can I please get the MF and Residual for a 24/12, 27/12, and 36/12 lease for southern California for this month? I'm looking at a 2014 GS F-Sport. Also, does anyone know what current incentives are around? I'm in negotiations right now with 2 dealerships so this is urgent. I would REALLY appreciate a quick response. Everyone here does a fantastic job btw!

Hi Are you guys sure that it is .00025 - my understanding is that a 2014 GS350 code 9300 or 9306 is .00065 with ,00020 bonus getting you to .00045 during Dec to Rem. Also does anyone know if 1st month is included - one dealer said yes and the other no.

Our Lexus documents are regional.. most of the numbers tend to be good across the country, but sometimes they aren't..

As I understand it, the loyalty incentive is factory-to-consumer, while the lease cash is factory-to-dealer, and the dealer has the option of passing it along to the buyer.

So I would say they can be combined.

What loyalty bonus?? How Much? I thought for the 2015 they had 1500 lease cash and 2014 2200 lease cash. No loyalty and 1000 conquest cash for competitive vehicles.

Use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to link to the current customer incentives available from Lexus.

I don't know of any specific loyalty or conquest incentives; my point was that if they exist, they are factory-to-customer, whereas lease cash is factory-to-dealer.

I'm currently shopping a few 14 GS-FSport in the PA/NJ area right now and I'm getting far higher MF than I expected. Most of the quotes have been .00075 on the MF with a 66% residual on 12,000 miles. Many of the inceptions quoted to me total up to 1607. I'm still waiting on breakdowns but is the MF normal for the region on 2014 at this point?

I don't expect the lease rates we are seeing out in Cali but it would be nice to get to a $575-600 monthly with maybe 800-1200 down at most.

On the trade, head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion to get an honest appraisal of the S4. Our resident expert has access to auction values, which is what many dealers use to value trade ins.

Thanks for the advice. GOod news is I have a copy of manheim run by a dealer friend of mine right now. So I have all that info to go to bat with. Trade in is where they will try and make their profit though.

I no have a 12k-27month deal for $589 a month with $1607 inceptions/cap cost redution. Selling price is $52,700 at this point.

Seems like a very big difference.

The lease on my BMW 335 is coming to an end this month, and I am considering leasing a leftover 2014 Lexus GS350. The MSRP is $59,833, and I am thinking of doing 27 months @ 15k with $3000 down. What would you guys consider a GOOD Deal? I am going to the dealership tomorrow afternoon and would appreciate your advice before I get into negotiations!

What are the RV & MF for 12k/15k 27 months?

27/15 residual is 64%. Add 2% for 12k. .00015 MF for RWD, .00065 for AWD. $2200 lease cash.

If there was a mid-month change, we wouldn't get the information. Lexus runs a lot of regional programs, as well.

Hi... I'm looking for a little help here. I'm working numbers on a 2014 GS350 F Sport that a local dealer is selling. The car has a MSRP of 57247 but they are willing to sell it for 49827. I am fine with that number, but using "Ride with G" my payment is lower than the dealer's quoted amount. We both are agreeing on 67% residual and .00042 money factor. They are quoting $700 for the lexus acquisition fee and $300 for their processing fee. Sales tax in Pa is 9% and they are estimating $300 for tags. With all that the estimated payment is $592, while I'm getting $556. Also, shouldn't I be getting 12,000 miles with 67% residual? Thanks for any help.

If we add $1300 to your selling price for those items, then I get a payment of $511/mo.+tax, or about $557/mo. with tax.

Ask them for the CAP cost on your deal, and if it differs from $51,127, ask them why?

If that is the CAP cost, then ask them again what money factor they are using..

The lease on my Mercedes E350 is coming up and MB doesn't seem to aggressive these days. I got offered the Lexus GS350 base model with nav. Based on an MSD lease ($3800.00 approx.) which is fully refundable at end of lease, not cap cost. With tax in FL $410 month 24/Months 10K year. Any thoughts? I don't know much about this car other than Lexus has some good programs. 1 month free on lease also which everyone gets.

What are the MSRP and negotiated selling price? $410 seems good but we'd need to see all the numbers to make sure.

I have been leasing cars for many years. I know everyone on the boards here kicks around residual and money factor numbers . I compare exact cars. For example I have a 2014 E350 with a 24 month lease 10K miles with the simple P1 package. I had an amazing price on the car with a single pay lease. I could walk into any dealer, or for that matter I got a quote on the phone from the dealer on the exact same car. If dealer #1 says 740 and I can get the car for 570, why do I care about how they get to the price? My business partner got the same identical car Acura TL I got for my wife. Only difference was my price was 20 bucks a month less. In any case I am pretty sure he said the car price on the GS was 52K. I am not very familiar with Lexus. I do know the standard package has some options included live nav etc. The MSDs reduced the money factor by .9. To me that is a no brainer. Cap costs are for suckers, but MSDs and or single pays can have a real impact on the deal. One more thing, except for my wifes TL, where the dealer went out of his way to match my lease brokers, I have always found rates lower than most report on these boards on any car I get. If you know what car you want I have been pretty happy with the brokers I have used. One more thing. On these luxury cars I think the lease is definitely the way to go, yet most people who walk into a dealer know nothing about leasing get a Fleece, not a lease. Rate was 470 before MSD. MSD 3800 brings it to 410. I am waiting for another few quotes to compare.
