Hello, Can someone direct me to the most accurate lease calculator/spreadsheet. I have been trying a few online including Edmunds and they seem to produce a lower monthly than Porsche dealers calculate. I would love something where you don't have to manually calculate residuals off MSRP.

I built my own spreadsheet to calculate lease payments. The formulas aren't terribly complicated - 4th grade math.

2014: 54%/53% residual for 36mo, 45%/44% residual for 48 mo.

2015: 54%/53% residual for 36mo, 48%/47% residual for 48 mo.

C2 Cab: .00105 MF and 65% residual

I don't show that.. we see .00128, but Porsche only changes numbers quarterly, so out information came out in July. If they have put through a mid-quarter incentive or change, we likely won't get that information.

Upon further clarification I've been told this is a loyalty rate. 

With the new quarter any update on the MF and residual for a 2014 CS2 Cab with PDK - 5K miles, 29 months?

Just to clarify, when the October numbers do become available, I'd like to get the numbers on a 2015 Turbo coupe for 36 and 39 months, 7,500 and 10,000 miles/ year, respectively. And, of course, confirmation that the 12 month pull-ahead program is still in effect for the 4th quarter.

I heard through the grapevine that the 12 month pull-ahead program on 2013 Carreras has been extended thru 1/2 and that the rates and residuals on the Carreras and 911 Turbo are unchanged from the third quarter. Would appreciate any input or confirmation you have on that. Thanks!

I don't have any confirmation on the rates and residuals, except I "heard" the same thing... nothing in print.

We don't have the current program, but last quarter, the rate for new cars was 2.49% APR for terms up to 60 months. That isn't likely to have changed, but it might.

I was offered a 30 mo. 7.5K lease on a '15 C4S manual (MSRP at $115,365), 3% discount, MF .00225 with $1647/mo payment. Residual is 66%. Can I do better? What figures should I be considering at 12.5K miles per year?

Also a 6.25% off MSRP.

The standard MF from Porsche has been .00200 for a while - though we don't have any current numbers, I see no reason for them to change it.

Meaning, your MF may be marked up on you.
