    Hello - Regarding the 2500 lease cash from Lexus Financial, can you clarify how it should be applied in the lease calculation? Does it simply reduce the cap cost by 2500? Thanks!

    That is one way to use it .. the other is to cover any up front taxes and fees and minimize your out of pocket costs.

    27 mo, 10K/yr = 68% residual
    36 mo, 10K/yr = 60% residual.

    Subtract 1% for 12K/yr.

    Hi!

    What is the money factor and the RV on 24/36 months 12K/15K for a 2014 Non-F Sport and 2015 Non-F Sport.

    Then I need the same info on a 2015 F Sport. Thank you :smile:

    2015: .00090 MF, $1750 lease cash, complimentary 1st payment.
    69% residual for 24/15K, 59% residual for 36/15K. Add 2% for 12K/yr
    F-Sport package has no effect on lease numbers.

    Don't see a lease program for the 2014 models.

    Add 3% to the 15K residuals to get 10K.

    Hi everyone.  Using the information on this thread I successfully negotiated a price of $33500 before incentives. I got a payment for $350 a month. Thanks to everyone that contributed, you made me a confident, informed buyer.

    Almost bought a used one a couple of weeks ago but was turned off by the excess noise when taking off and the slowness of it all when getting up to speed, these issues were deal breakers and decided to just go new. See a lot of these on the road though and the Lexus dealers down here use them as their loaners. Love the look and really wanted to get one but the two issues mentioned earlier just were things I couldn't live with on a daily basis. Now the Prius C I drove seemed to not exhibit these issues so just not sure if they are CT related and even the regular Prius's I've driven at work drive so much better.
    Good luck to you folks that do lease and purchase as they are nice vehicles.

    Can someone help me on a lease agreement I am working out with a lease turn-in that is 20k miles over? I have a 2012 lexus ct200h with 57000 miles that I am turning in and getting a 2015 lexus 200h. The first bouts of negotiation had the dealer charging me $5k for the miles and $484/36 months 12kmiles/year. This was on the navigation model with msrp of $37,890. With the $2500 lease cash and other discounts the purchase price was 34,500. By the time I left the dealer he was offering to buyout the lease turn-in outright without me owing the $5k if I took the lease at the same price of $484 for 36 months 12k/year.

    Can someone provide the RV and MF for Miami Florida. I would like the numbers for both 36 and 48 months 12k and 36 and 48 months 10k miles/year. Credit is around 710.

    Is the over mileage a big negotiation issue or should I still try to negotiate as if I didn't owe the $5k in miles at all?

    The dealer fees are $900 and tax in Florida goes into the monthly payment I am guessing. Can someone help me out please. Thanks in advance.

    2015 CT200h: .00070 MF and 60% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr. 51% residual for 48mo, 12K/yr. Add 1% for 10K/yr.

    Over-mileage has to be paid if you are turning the car in.. If they take the car in trade, then there is no over-mileage fee..

    What's the point of leasing another car at 10K or 12K/yr, when you are driving 19K/yr?

    I am leasing because I will be trading up the lease every 2 years and I was told that with the Lexus residual I could technically trade up the lease into another lease and not have any upside down. As opposed to financing a car and trading that in. Even if the financed car is not upside down when I do the trade up, I would still be paying more per month over the lease for a vehicle that will be switched in two years. Plus the mileage at that point will not matter. Not sure what is the best choice for my scenario but leasing and switching every two years makes more sense over financing and trading in every two years.

    If I do go with the lease and they are taking the leased 2012 in trade, can I negotiate as if I do not owe anything? I am just trying to see what my negotiation tactic should be. They are taking a vehicle with 20k over mileage and that has been in an accident, should I consider that as a deal in itself and not expect them to come down on the new lease?

    Thanks again for any advise. Any criticism is welcomed, my feelings will not be hurt.

    With the numbers you've provided, I get a payment of $392.58/mo with tax.

    Agreed. I test drove one a year or two ago. Just a bit out of my budget sadly.
