What is the MF and Residual on a IS350 RWD for 24/36 months with the lowest miles they offer? Does the residual change dramatically for any of the packages? I am not sure which packages I want or the dealers will have on the car.

Looks like the MF support for the 2015 IS has been dropped, so the standard MF of .00170 would be in play.

Can someone explain what lease cash is, how it works and how do you receive it?
Also, when working out a deal and you whip out the lease cash question they will probably scoff at it, no?

On a Lexus, the lease cash is used as a CAP cost reduction. You might see it on the final paperwork, but when you are negotiating, they probably won't mention it. You'll just assume they gave you a killer price, if you don't know about it.

Thanks Michaell! Are the shorter term residuals (24-27 months and shorter if available) competitive? Since the money factor is so high shorter term lease could make more sense...

Hey guys, do you have any information on the 2016 IS 350 AWD F-Sport

I'm looking for residual and money factor (Tier 1 credit) on a 36 and 48 month lease, 10k miles.
The MSRP for the vehicle I'm interested is $50,713.

Also I'm planning to use the end of month/quarter to my advantage, would I be crazy trying to negotiate down to 45k on this car? It seems like the dealership is not moving too much inventory this particular one has been in the lot for about 3 weeks and they seem very interested in selling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, the above are for the 2016 IS350. No information on 2015 models, which tells me there is no support on leasing them.
