Can I get the MF and RV for 2015 RAV4 Limited AWD in Colorado for 24 and 36 months (or any other sweet spots for the lease deals)? Toyota website advertises $500 customer cash, is there any other incentive for December?

Only numbers we have are for the LE trim, 4x2.

.00075 and 66% for 36/12, 76% for 24/12.

Toyota lease information is highly regional, and often incomplete.

TFS will refer you right back to the dealer.

It is important to note that Toyota doesn't residualize all the options on the sticker .. the numbers we have are for the "Base", or pre-option, MSRP. That may account for the different number you get from the dealer.

As far as we can tell, no difference between FWD and AWD numbers for the RAV4. See posts above for RV and MF.

What state are you in? Toyota money factors are highly regional.

Is there any downside to leasing other than you pay a little more at purchase?

1) Are all leases standard (as in all eventualities?)other than the monetary part?
-what happens if you are in an accident?...I was told that I cannot get the $750 rebate if I lease. How much more for a lease vs cash is FAIR?

Leasing is, for lack of a better way to describe it, renting. You only pay for that part of the car you use in the 24 or 36 months you have it.

We do not recommend making a down payment on a lease. The national ads are just OK; you should be able to do better with some decent negotiation.

Current lease numbers for XLE AWD are 74% for 24/12 and 65% for 36/12. Money Factor is .00001 for both lease terms.

There are some unavoidable up front costs with a lease - acquisition fee, first months payment, dealer fee, license or registration.

In order to model a payment, we would need to know both the MSRP (sticker price) and the negotiated selling price of the car in question.

Is the $26K the MSRP or the selling price? We need both to model a payment...

GAP insurance is usually included on most leases ... but, check with Toyota Financial Services to be certain.

Toyota leases do NOT include GAP insurance. Extra cost, unfortunately.

26k is the purchase price. MSRP with destination was approx 28,200.

I could have negotiated a purchase (supposedly) for 25,109 because of rebate $750.

However, with a lease they had to make some $ (lol) so the price is 26k plus $399 .

I'm just worried that there is more to this. I never leased so I don't know what happens if there an accident...How things work, and if all leases are "standard"?
I will check about the ins w Toyota.

Well, it seems that in most of the country it's .00001. I also see .00195, .00070, .00055, .00054, .00050, .00011.

I really dislike how Toyota manages their lease programs - highly regionalized numbers make it hard to help you get the best deal.

I suspect .00075 is what you'll get in Maryland.

No lease incentives that we see .. use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to link to current customer incentives.

From doing some math it looks like..
