Hi! Wondering if you have the March money factor and residual for a 2015 328i GT. 39 months @ 12k miles assuming 39 months is still the best value. Thanks in advance!!!

Looks like 36 months is the sweet spot in March.
.00129 and 65% for 36/12.
Got a lease deal for an executive demo for a 2015 328i (with 3,000 miles on it), haven't seen many posts here regarding CPO leasing, would appreciate all your inputs. Below are the relevant info on my build:
MSRP: $39,900 Net Cap Cost: $35,500 Lease Term: 36 months Residual: 63% Mileage: 15k MF: 0.0017 CA Tax Rate: 8.75%
I get to a monthly payment of $425/ mo post-tax, but the dealer told me he got to $443 because he told me I need to pay for the 3,000 existing miles on the vehicle for 20cents per mile, so that adds $600 to my depreciation cost!? To me that sounds absolutely ridicilous since I didn't drove those miles. Would appreciate any guidance you guys could provide here.
I also told him to lower my money factor to 0.0013 and trying to lower the net cap cost to $34,000 (based on TMV for 2014 328i with similar mileage). Not sure if the $34,000 number will fly, but appreciate any guidance you could provide on that too.

The residual has to be reduced by the extra mileage. Since it's not brand-new, you would expect a corresponding drop in selling price (or more... that's where the saving is in a demo/loaner). So, the dealer is correct in the calculations.
Looks like you have the rest of it down... bargain hard on the money factor
I was considering buying, but now I am having second thoughts. This is my first time considering a lease.
What should I be looking at in terms of a lease for the following:
2015 328i MSRP: 43,550 Selling Price: 38,000 Mileage 22K Term: 36 months Money Factor: .00169 (This is what I was told, but it seem high, I am in DFW area in TX) Tax Rate: 6.25% What would be my approximate residual? 60%?
I didn't want to put anything down. What am I looking at in terms of payment?

Mileage 22K? Do you mean 12K per year? If it's 12K/yr, then the residual is 66%.
Money factor is marked up the maximum. Base is .00129
Be aware that in Texas you pay the full tax on the vehicle, even on a lease..
I'm hopping someone can help me with the money factor and residual value in march on a BMW 328i with 36 month lease and 15k/year... Also are there any special incentives. The car I am looking at has MSRP of 45500.00 what type of capitalized cost would be considered very good? Your help would be greatly appreciated I live in Houston, Tx...

Hello. I've read through this thread and want to start off by saying thank you for all the information. I've learned a lot.
I went to the dealer and negotiated to buy the following: BMW 2015 328xi -Sport Line, Cold Weather, Premium, Driver Assistance, Lighting, Navigation
MSRP: $52,450 Selling price $48,100
I'm now looking to lease it for 36/10 or 36/12. Based on the posts for March, I've gathered a MF of .00129 and RV of 66%/10 and I assume 65%/12. I wanted to just go into the dealership knowing the exact figure I want.
I live in MA (6.25% tax)
For 36/10, it should be $509.64/mo including tax For 36/12, it should be $523.55/mo including tax
I plan to pay the doc fee ($299), title ($135) up front. So my down payment will be $434 + FirstMonth.
-Am I miss any dealer incentives? -Am I missing any fees? I've seen "registration fee" in multiple places...

There is an acquisition fee of $795 that is also due at signing.
I confirm the .00129 and 65% residual for 36/12.
I'm getting slightly different payments - $526.07/mo for 36/12 and $511.31/mo for 36/10 - not a huge difference, but still....
The acquisition fee was increased to $795 earlier this year; the dealer is allowed to mark that up.
The $48,100 selling price the TMV from Edmunds and they agreed to match it. Do you know how seriously they take the Recent Grad program? I am about to graduate in May and definitely qualify for it. Do they only offer it when they give you a bad price or will they honor it even if you get an awesome deal?

If you qualify for it, it should be deducted off the negotiated price. Make sure you get them to understand that - lots of BMW dealers to work with if this one won't play ball.
Thanks Michaell. Below is the car I purchased. Maybe I could have done a little better.
328xi GT (I loved the rear seat legroom which was more than a 5 series, since I have two kids that have growing legs and the pano roof was good!)
MSRP 48885 Selling Price 44647 MSDs - 3150 (Refundable, 7 each of 435) Down Payment - 2140 (includes first month payment 435, 995 acquisition which was marked up 200, 80 doc fee and 392 registration) MF (Rate of 0.8) Monthly 435 (including taxes). Hope I did not miss anything.

This was a 10k, 66% residual.
I get $405+tax, so it looks like it's right on the money.. You have to love that 66% residual.
Smart move on the MSDs. Your $3150 loan to BMWFS saves you about $40/mo. 15.2% after-tax return. (7 X $450, not 7 X $435, though)
Do the RV and MF values change every month? Every two months? Random? What are the chances of it changing in April?
A new program comes out each month.... While the numbers may change for a particular model, they may not. Usually changes are small, when they happen.
The money factors have been pretty static over the last year.. Residuals are very high for the 3-series, this month.... doubt they can get any better, but they might..
It all depends on sales priorities... If they want to move more metal, the easiest way is with lease incentives.
I leased a 328ix. I was told that I was enrolled the Encore visit program. Whenever there is a question and stop by BMW, then when they answer the question(s), the car will be washed and the tank will be fully filled. I was told by two different people two or three times that when come, make the tank is almost empty.
Does anyone know this program and have been use it? I feel it would be not appropriate to take the advantage for unnecessary stop by. What's the purpose of BMW?
Another question: 1. In Sports mode, when steadily breaking, the car behaves alternatively "speeding up" and "slowing down". Travelling way is like a wavelet manner. 2. Also in Sports model, when prepare to stop and move the foot from paddle, the car slows down quickly.
I never drove BMW before. I don't know if this is typical for MBW or not? Maybe the second is typical but the first may not be. Hope some people can answer these questions.

Never heard of it.. My dealer offers free answers and car washes... but, not free fill-ups

Stay out of Sports mode, unless you want spirited driving. Sports mode aggressively changes the shift points..... delays upshifts while accelerating, and aggressively downshifts while decelerating..
Thanks in advance, can I ask you for MF/REsidual for a 328xi and 328GT for 24/10, 24/12 and 36/12. as well as the updated incentives and or dealer cash? Also any 2014 lease support left? much appreciated

Do I need to pay sales tax on these 3 charges?
