Confirm with the dealer the cap cost ... there might be additional taxes or fees being added in that is increasing their payment quote to you.

I live in NJ and was quoted a Subaru legacy 2.5i premium for 23K/MF. 0008/RV59%/1175down including taxes. Buy out is 14528 and 285 mo. I have 800 plus credit. is this a good deal? someone listed the MF in NJ at .0004...is this number individualized?

Base MF is .00040, so your quote is using a marked up MF.

36/12 residual is 59%.

Dealer needs to sharpen their pencil a bit more.

For 36/15, the lease numbers are 57% and .00040

There isn't a good or bad time of year ... usually, you can get better pricing at the end of the month.

Cannot help you with insurance costs .. that is highly regional and dependent on driving history.

RV is the same for Premium with eyesight ? I think it was 58% last month ? Would you please verify this for Legacy Premium ?

I think Money factor of Premium was different as well. How many percentage is the RV difference between 12K and 10K for 36 months ?

Numbers for April were 58% and .00029, so both RV and MF went down for May.

Add 1% to go from 12K to 10K per year.

I do have one more question for you:

Based on your experience in these years, do you think If I wait until 4th of July shopping season, I can get better numbers ?

I think If the RV is going to drop %1 almost every month or even stay the same that would not be the case...
Do you think I may have more negotiation power at that time compared to now ?

Generally, the residual value drops during the course of the model year, unless the bank wants to promote leasing by artificially increasing it.

Hard to say what will happen in future months, but I do know Subaru is selling very well recently, so there isn't a huge incentive for them to make leasing any more attractive than it already is.

Is there any hidden lease cash incentive or purchase cash incentive ? I would like to lease this vehicle, however, I feel more freedom if I start negotiating the cash purchase price with dealers first and then after that tell them I want to lease the vehicle.
