    Hey. can you confirm current #s for a premium, non-roof? Dealer gave me 57% and .00040 for a 36/12K. In NJ.

    Also, and lease/bonus cash known?

    2020 Acura RDX tech SH-AWD, 2023 Maverick hybrid Lariat luxury package.

    follow-up concept question. If I wait until the 16s come out, normally the residual at the beginning of the MY will be higher, but likely with a higher MF, right? If there isn't any bonus cash, since I can get the VIP pricing, unless there is a major price increase, I may not have to worry about waiting too long and running out of cars in the next month!

    The 36/12 residual is 59%. 57% is the 36/15 residual. And, that's the same for all Premium models, regardless of options.

    There might be $250 of dealer lease cash.

    It's hard to say what might happen with the new model year. Every time you think you see a trend, something changes. It seems doubtful you could get the same monthly payment on a 2016, but the Legacy isn't a big seller, so you never know.

    still, these never seem to lease well. Going to be hard to justify so much higher a payment over a comparable price Camry! Though my daughter might be crushed.

    I wouldn't pick one over a Camry, unless I was stuck on the AWD. Subaru drivetrains always seem a little thrashy to me. Unless, it's a turbo, of course.. ;)

    well, I made the mistake of taking my daughter looking at all the options. Should have known she would pick the most expensive! But, remains to be seen what I can get the dealer down to.

    the Legacy is a nicer car overall. at the same price, easy decision. For $75/mo difference comparably equipped, not so easy!

    .00021 MF and 57%/58% residual.

    That's if your dealer uses Subaru Motors Finance. Some Northeast dealers don't..

    Hi, can you provide MF and Residual on 36/36k and 36/45k for Legacy Premium w/Moonroof Pkg+NAV+ EyeSight ($2,890 pkg) in WI? Is the whole package residualized? I'm putting this up against an Accord EX - from past posts, sounds like Subaru can't touch Toyota/Honda on lease terms. Thoughts? Thanks!

    .00059 MF and 58%/60% residual.

    Full MSRP (bottom line of the Monroney sticker) is what residual percentage is applied to.

    I am getting a 2.5i premium 2016 with eyesight. do they know the residual on it yet for 36, 42, 48 month 10k per year? Not sure if they offer those longer terms. Thanks.

    Yes, terms out to 48 months are available from Subaru - but, the residuals and MF are not to your advantage. 36 months is the sweet spot.

    I have a leased 2012 Legacy that is getting close to the end of it's milage (almost 33k out of 36k allowed) with about 6 months left. I was thinking about trying to turn it in early and lease a new Legacy (or maybe an Outback). Is that a good idea? What would be the pitfalls and shortcomings in that scenario? Thanks! I'm in Florida, if that matters.

    You'll still owe the remaining 6 payments. Call Subaru Motor Finance and see what the payoff is, then check on the trade value. You might not be as upside down if you trade it in as opposed to terminating the lease early.

    thank you again for all your help and advises!

    Could you please give me your opinion on the pricing for 2016 Legacy. Here is what I got quoted from one of the local CO dealers:
    2016 2.5 Limited with Pkg#23 and PP#5 = $26,948 + $499.95 (dealer handling) + my taxes
    2016 6.6 Limited with Pkg#23 and PP#5 = $29,998 + $499.95 (dealer handling) + my taxes

    What do you think about these prices?
    Also, when I inquired about MF and residual couple days ago from the dealer, I was given same residuals as you just gave me, but MF for 2.5 was .0011 and for 3.6 I was given .0014. Is it possible that I was given wrong/old rates? Do you know if there is any hidden lease cash incentive or purchase cash incentive?

    36/15 lease numbers for 2016 Legacy:

    2.5i Limited - 58% and .00060
    3.6R Limited - 59% and .00090

    Maximum mark up on the MF is .00050, so do the math.

    I don't track selling prices, so can't help you there.

    No lease cash that I see; use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to link to current customer incentives.

    Which dealer is this? We bought our Outback from Groove in Denver back in February and found them to be a pretty up front dealership.
