Just wanted to share some information on a lease I signed today for a 2015 Camry LE. It was leased from a dealer in Massachusetts.

3 years 36,000 miles $220 per month (inc all fees, taxes, Toyota $750 incentive) $0 down $220 due at signing.

Total cost of lease for 36 months = $7,919.64

I'm looking to lease a 2015 Camry XLE fully loaded. Looking for residual value and money factor (Trans Union score is at 665, so I'm guessing Tier 3).  Where can I expect the money factor to be?  Looking at 36/12

Im in Chicago suburbs which may matter since I've read that offers are regional. 

Internet offer i received: 

MSRP: $32,408
Invoice: $27,484

Money factor is the same for all Camry's, so far as I can tell.

Remember, that's the residual on the "base" MSRP. Any options added on are not residualized.

Thanks! That was mine as well. I have talked to three dealers, two use sum of payments to calculate tax and the one that I quoted above said they collect the entire amount.

I have one more dealership to talk with who said they would beat my best price (words mean nothing as we all know) so hopefully I can wrap this up sometime this week.

$270 per month w/o tax (I'm in WA state) including excessive use coverage but w/o gap insurance.
I was told that Adjusted Cap cost would be $23,260

Should I accept it?

use the Edmunds price promise service to get a price, and use that to get a lease. In PA, last month I was quoted $185 for a base SE (msrp ~ $24,900) with just 1K at inception to cover tax and DMV fees. Even the nationally advertised deal from Toyota is below $200.

Oops/ Just noticed that you were looking at 24 months. Mine was for 36. Not sure what that does to the factors, so need a host for that. Still, I think you can get a much lower cap cost than that, but you need to supply the MSRP since an SE can have options added.

If you post the MSRP, selling price, breakdown of the 2500 down along with the adjusted cap cost that might help.

In the northeast I have seen SE's advertised at 199/month with 2500 down, and that is without any negotiating.

Also, I never put money down on a lease. If the car gets totaled in the first few months for example you lose the down payment.

It's possible.. Toyota has about 50 regions, and we don't get all of the data. What's up with the $599 doc fee? Isn't Ohio still restricted to $250 maximum? Maybe, the dealer is in KY?

Your post doesn't include term or mileage, but at $214/mo. with zero out of pocket, it's going to be a good deal, either way. Did you shop across the river?

Yes in KY term is 36/36. They need a law to restrict the stupid doc fees. First month payment was included in the 0 out of pocket.

Yeah.. $599 is ridiculous... but, chances are, if you go to Ohio and get the $250 max doc fee, then they are going to charge you more for the car, so it all comes out even. That's a super low payment.
