    I am in Charlotte, NC. Also, any idea about the selling price that I should be targeting?

    Michael -I am looking for leases in Colorado. Repeating the question for ready reference - I am looking for the MF and residual for the 2015 and 2016 LE and SE models for 36/12 and 36/15 leases. Is there lease cash on any of these years?

    Hi. I am still looking for a good lease deal this month since my original Toyota dealer didn't want to budge at all last month. I am in Texas Zip Code 76006 and am looking to lease either a 2016 Camry LE or Camry SE for 36 months. Can you please provide the Money Factor and Residual Values for 12K miles/year for each trim level? Also, does my Toyota Gulf States region have any cash incentives/rebates/dealer cash for leases out for Camrys this month (October 2015)? Thanks in advance for all the great info.

    Pennsylvania lease tax 9% (included in numbers)
    Grand total due at lease signing: $270
    23 remaining lease payments of $270

    I believe the sale price was around 21,800 including discounts and rebates.

    Thoughts??

    54% and .00170. 2015 Camry's are no longer supported for leases, hence the high MF.

    Looks like there is $2000 dealer cash, however.
