That's the correct MF for Tier 2. Residual should be 56%.

I show around $300/mo.+tax with that CAP and residual.. so, pretty close

That was the quote by dealer. Also includes destination charge of 825. And proc fee of 599 and va taxes of 935. Kindly let me know if I can do better. And if this is good what will be the monthly payment.

I don't have the Central Atlantic MF numbers, so I don't know. The $247/mo quote is pretty strong, given that VA taxes the entire selling price.

Is that $0 down payment or $0 out of pocket? They aren't the same thing.

Would need to know the MSRP and selling price to be able to evaluate further.

Got the 2015 Camry SE. 245 monthly. Including all fees and taxes 0 down. It cost 265 with Toyota's gap insurance. The dealer said the MF applied was 0.00106 RV 62%.

This is for SE in WA state. Dealer came back with money factor .00025 with zero markup and residual of 69% for 24/12K. He is saying 12K is the least amount of miles Toyota allows on a lease.

Can you give me LE 24/10K number? WA State. What would be excellent price on MSRP of 23895?

It's possible Toyota doesn't offer 10K leases.

LE 24/12 is 70%, same MF.

I don't track selling prices, so can't help you there. Using the Edmunds pricing tools - make / model / year pull downs at the top of the page.
