    Hi,

    I'm negotiating a lease on a 2016 Sorento SXL AWD with tech pack and the money factor they are offering is .00137, I have good credit, 725, and my wife's is excellent, 750. Are we getting a good money factor? This is in the Seattle area. This a 36/12 lease.

    Trying to close out a deal for someone with dealers right now on pricing . With regards to leasing that's what they want to do on a ............. 3/36k in NY with below models

    LX fwd 2.4 or Lx awd 2.4 . best bang for the buck is the awd @66% ???

    I have 10 dealers on hold waiting for me to close ...............................LOL

    The 66% residual is for 24/12, not 36/12.

    .00075 MF and 61% residual for LX AWD for 36/12.

    That's probably the sweet spot

    MSRP 46,855
    Sell price 44,416
    Aq fee 595
    Lease cash 2500 (applied as 577 advance payment and the rest to lower cap cost)
    MF 0.00077
    Residual 55%

    Comes down to 544 before tax and 577 after tax

    Any thoughts?

    36/15 on the SX Limited AWD V6 - .00077 and 55%, so in-line with your dealer quote.

    If I use $43,088 as the net cap cost (sell price + acq fee - cap cost reduction of $1923), I get $534/mo before tax. Find out if there are any other fees being added into your cap cost that could account for the difference. Dealer fee?

    I don't have the info on the Kia acquisition fee, but it should be around $600
