I confirm the .00030 MF and 53% residual for 39/10.

If $45,590 is the MSRP, then we need to know the selling price in order to model the payment.

Kia lease numbers are good until 1/4/16.

Can you please advise numbers for NY as well? Looking at 36/10 for the LX 4CYL AWD. Also, how does the lease cash work exactly? If I have a discounted price of let's say $1,500 from the dealer that they advertise online, do I then ask for an additional $3,500 off (or whatever the lease cash is) from the sticker?

.00049 MF and 60% residual. $2000 lease cash.

It's a dealer incentive. If they are only offering $1500 off, then you have a lot of work to do.

Please confirm the following:

2016 SX V6 FWD - 36 months/12k - ($39,850 MSRP)
2016 EX V6 FWD - 36/12k - (both packages $38,490)

Also, can you confirm the money factor? I was told 0.00151 (3.6%)

Last, how can you qualified for a Tier 1 credit score? I have a score (from all 3 avg.) 764...

The MF provided is for tiers 1-3 (700+). Add .00020 for tier 4 (680-699), .00070 for tier 5 (660-679) and .00120 for tier 6 (640-659).

You should seek your credit score so you know what tier you are in - don't rely on the dealer to tell you. For tiers 4, 5 and 6, dealer can mark up the MF by as much as .00040 for extra profit.

I knew it... The credit score that I received from all 3 bureaus is not good enough (said the dealer). I think 80% of the people here would grab their credit score from annualcreditreport.com (which is free). So I did.

I printed out the Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union totals 778 770 768 = avg. 772
The dealer said, they don't use that and it's a total different formula.
Today I received a phone call from one dealer and he said, he will push me up to Tier 2 - Tier 3 from a Tier 5?

So, you know what I said... You tricked me once and you won't trick me twice! Ok, I just made that up. LOL!

Voting with your feet is the very best response when the dealer isn't being transparent with you. It only takes one dealer to meet your terms. You should absolutely get the top MF, given your credit scores.

I doubt that any dealer would let you review the contract unless you've made a commitment to lease.
