No 'Bus here yet.
Out the window goes that theory.
Hyundai shoppers are probably at a loss for words.

Kinda weird how they have less of the high volume cars and more of the Cavaliers. My Pontiac dealer has over 100 Sunfires ready to go with a big $3,999 discount slapped to them. The Toyota dealer? Not a lot of 04's. Just a few Solaras and Camrys.
No offense to you or anyone interested in the Aveo but I must ask this. Why on earth would anyone consider buying the car? It's a rebadged Daewoo with a measly 3 year warranty. A Hyundai or Kia would be a much better value and have a huge warranty. Is it because a Chevy badge looks better than a Daewoo or Hyundai/Kia badge? I see no possible advantage in buying an Aveo. Or are people already expecting massive rebates on this thing? If so looks like GM will take the crown from Kia for cheapest cars sold. But I guess the Aveo is American, go figure.
Let's get back to the Maxx.
Yes, good idea. Thanks! ;-)

So, what's today's topic with the Maxx? Still a bit confused over UltraLux. Is it really that bad? Not doggie friendly?
I just want to know what the ride quality and handling will be like vs the sedan and the small SUV choices.
I was mostly interested in trying the seat. (If I wanted one, I would go with the Maxx, not this sedan.) The older I get the more sensitive I am to car seats. This one wasn't bad. Might be a tad narrow for me.
large enough doors and clearance to get in and out of comfortably
comfotable enough seats so that you don't feel scrunched and have to contort to get in and out of.
The vibe/matrix is actually much easier to get in and out of than most sedans.
the ford 500 promises a more upright and comfortable seating and ingress/egress.
I think most folks would prefer sedans again if they were not so cramped and easier to get in a nd out of.
I agree with you totally, and the Maxx looks promising in that regard. The Impala now has 135,000 miles, and if something I want doesn't come out soon, all these trips to Philly, Florida and Missouri are gonna eventually cause something to break on the Impala.
It has been a VERY reliable vehicle. I am watching the Maxx with interest (and checking to see what my November schedule looks like today at work...)
I am keeping on top of the posts, sporadically.

The Maxx will be the first video.
I'm disappointed they didn't make the front snazzier than the "Plain Jane" Malibu.
maxx : Click on vehicles in the top corner. You will get a different set of videos to choose from. CTS-V looks wicked, too bad I can't even come close to affording one. :-(
;-)
I've tried all I can (and thanks to some others).
Let's talk the new car over here.
I'm waiting for a Bu with grey cloth to show up somewhere in my area. I probably will go drive one just to get a sense of the electronic steering and comfy high seat position. From there, I should have a commanding view of the geniuses driving big SUVs as they attempt to get out of the roadside ditches they so commonly find themselves in.
I agree. First, I need to see one, test out the pedals, check out the grey cloth, and DRIVE ONE. I think we'll be fine.
Have to disagree about the traffic situation being the worst (yes, with Isabel, I'd agree). EVERYTHING down here is under construction. We're growing faster than you can say boo. Baby-boomers on the way, and it's a mess. Overcrowded parking lots (that were designed years ago) as well. AND the snowbirds are about to arrive once again. I'm getting a headache.
