There are residual numbers out to 60 months, but I cannot confirm that the MF will be the same for any lease term longer than 36 months.

I am eligible for the $1000 loyalty bonus since I trading in my RDX 2016 AWD Base
I think I have $1000 equity from the RDX hopefully
I am not sure of the doc fee but let's say it's $250
Tax 8.875

Roughly how much will my monthly be?
The DMV fee can't be wrapped into the lease correct?
I was told I would need to pay tax on the $1000 loyalty cash is that correct?

They are quoting $354? sound right? good deal?

I get $374/mo with those prices. $354 seems a good deal by comparison.

The $2499 due at signing really means the payment is $288/mo, before tax.

It's OK, but you can do better if you negotiate a better discount from sticker.

I get $291/mo with those numbers; pretty close to the dealer quote.

Assuming the $1750 covers the upfront costs, and we use $25,500 as the adjusted cap cost, I get $276/mo for 36 months or $335/mo for 24 months, both before tax.

$250/mo is not realistic.
