Not always ... sometimes the advertised lease deal also assumes "dealer contribution", which is the discount from sticker.

You should, however, be able to negotiate a better price than that on your own. Use the pricing tools at the top of the page (make / model / year) to help find your targets for where you live.

MSRP=31,325
Residual = 56%
MF = .00001
36 months, 12k miles/year
All fees (Acqusition, doc, tags, etc) rolled into the cap cost
At signing I make only the 1st month payment

Monthly cost = $235 + tax

Sweet deal for no money out of pocket and a decent trim AWD.

This is in Massachusetts.

Thanks @Michaell . I have just check that. One more question, It says there is $1500 dealer cash that can be used toward Cash purchase Or Lease. Does it mean this $1500 can be combined with $3500 lease cash that you have already mentioned in this forum ?

I have got a quote for Tiguan SE 4Motion 36/10K with 52% RV ! Do you have new lease numbers from this vehicle model ? Would you please confirm the RV percentage ?

Do I need to multiply the RV% with Sticker MSRP price (include destination and packages fee) or VW do the lease calculation like Toyota and multiply RV% with base price and excludes packages and destination fee ?

36/10 residual on the Tiguan SE is 57%, .00001 MF. $3500 lease cash.

For VW, residual is calculated against the bottom number of the window sticker (base MSRP + packages + destination). Only Toyota does it differently.

Our information shows $3000 lease cash for the S, $3500 for the SE and $3250 for the SEL and R-Line.

Lease cash can be used to either lower the cap cost or to cover the up front costs of the lease (acquisition fee, dealer fee, etc.)

I believe it would be better to use lease cash ad cap cost reduction rebate. Otherwise you need to pay more sale tax

$7K seems like a lot. The advertised leases only assume an additional dealer discount of $400-$500 to the lease cash... $2000 off plus the lease cash would seem to be the maximum available..

I would take $7K if I could get it... 4 or 5 years ago, a Tiguan lease was $450+

I'm sure that includes the incentive. The advertised VW lease includes the incentive, plus an additional $840 discount from the dealer.

That's because Honda sells or leases 10 CR-V's to each Tiguan that rolls off the lot.

(or maybe more than that - but that's why the lease deals are so good at the moment)

Tiguan leases may be cheap now..I just wish someone would post an actual deal they made. Can a 31000 MSRP be had for under 300 a month on a 15k 3 year lease sign and drive? I have no clue.
