I have a friend who is looking at leasing the three. Sales manager confirmed that the new numbers are as below.
This is MA as well.

RV 63% MF .00001 and lease credit of $1800.

They lowered the RV and upped the lease credit.

Is Acquisition Fee always there and does it change and what is it currently? Also - I was told that I have to pay tax on the difference between MSRP and actual price - is that always the case?

Yes. I also should probably mention, that I started with TrueCar certs, and for the ones which had good price quote, I emailed the dealer to construct a 24 month lease, based on the TrueCar price and using the $2K lease rebate. This was the first offer, no haggling, filed online credit application, and was in and out of the dealership in 45mins. It's also the green one, which was my wife's first choice...

For the current lease deal on the Prius C two in MA (89 a month with $2799 down for 24/12K), do the same parameters apply to the Three? I.e. 1900 cash from dealer, 0.0001 MF and 67% residual on 24/12000 ? This is in MA.

C-3 residuals are 2% lower than the C-2. That would substantially change the deal. The rest of it should be the same.

Thanks - I actually went with the Two and got the vehicle on 24/12K for 650 down, and 134 a month including taxes, title, registration, docs and acquisition fee. No other money down or trade in. As the sales guy put it "I pay more each month for my cellphone".
