Hi, I'm looking for the MF and residual for a 2015 Cherokee Limited 4x2. 36 months and 12 k miles. with 15k miles would be great as well. I'll be leasing in MD or VA. Does it matter which engine? If so, could you break it down for me? Thanks!

Selling Price: 30,287
Total Capital Cost: 28,584
Miles per year: 12,000
Money Factor: 0.00028
Term: 39 months
Lease/month: $354.77

This is for NJ

Can anyone comment if this is a good deal? What is the optimum true value for 2015 Latitude.

There are no additional options on the car.

With your numbers, I'm getting a payment of $364.55/mo, so your quote of about $10/mo less looks pretty strong.

Thank you. The leasing institution is offering a higher residual 58% but a higher MF of .00247 and offsetting the higher rate with $3,500 more in rebates. We will have no desire to buy the car out so I don't see an issue with the high residual. Is this something typical where the institution will rate the rate and offer a higher rebate to offset?

Dealers are free to use alternate banks to source leases ... as you see, they usually have higher MF's but lease cash to offset.

You'd have to run the numbers with both MF and residuals, taking into consideration the lease cash, to determine the total cash outlay for each lease.

yes, the MF is marked up on you (.00042 is the max markup from Chrysler), and you should work to get a bigger discount from sticker before the rebate is applied.

Residuals are always a whole percentage of MSRP, so I'd guess the actual MSRP is a little more.

Without knowing a selling price or CAP cost, it's hard to comment on the payment.

That is one huge MSRP for a Cherokee, though..

No difference in numbers based on engine choice.

Chrysler does not support 48 month leases ... 42 months is the longest term available.

36/12 - .00024 and 52%

42/12 - .00024 and 46%

I am hoping you can help explain something to me. I believe the purchase price at the end of the lease is the residual value. I just calculated it on a my newly leased 2015 Cherokee Limited (39 month @ 12k/yr) and the purchase price is exactly 53% of the MSRP.  This seems like a very high residual, especially compared to the comments above
