Sorry, I didn't quote my previous notes in the thread. The MSRP IS $57,100. They have not provided residual percentage, just the dollar amount. Which I think is two high, as did another reply on this thread.

I don't know that you can .. Southeast Lexus is pretty tightly controlled. Widen your search area - it only takes one dealer to make a deal on your terms.

From what I can tell, they $1952 is coming over from the trade in, where they are showing a positive equity on the trade. However, I don't see where they are applying the $1500, except it's showing a $ due which appears to be the $1500 plus the trade.
Assuming I can keep the trade offer and agreed price offer as is, what would be the lease payment given your MF and residual percentage?
That's not too far off, since we don't have the exact numbers..

Lexus' MF are highly regional - and we don't have all regions. Or, it could simply be marked up - base MF on the base GX is .00105, according to the info we have.

2. Yes. LFS sets the residual value. The base is for 15,000 miles; add 2% for 12K, 3% for 10K or 4% for 7,500 miles per year
3. The depreciation portion of the payment is the delta between the negotiated selling price and the residual value, divided by the number of payments. The smaller the delta, the smaller the payment.
Using your numbers (and assuming that the net cap is the selling price less the trade equity), I get a payment of $535.43/mo + tax.
Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is in their calculations, and what's been added or subtracted from the selling price to reach that number.
