We don't show a 10K/yr allowance for Honda.

Honda does not offer 10K lease terms.

.00165 MF and 60% residual, assuming AWD.

Those aren't detailed quotes. You need to know the selling price and CAP cost to evaluate a lease payment.

A dealer here in San Jose, CA claims the money factor for the 2016 Pilot is .00175, not .00165. He claims that is for the LA area. So, what is current MF for 2016 pilot, 36/12, EX 2wd?

He might be right.. or, it could be a bump for waiving the security deposit.

Honda dealers don't bump money factors, so it is what it is.

Can I get a residual for a touring and elite? Florida. 36/15k (or the best month like 24 or 39)

Seems like the MF is .00165

Also curious what I can get the car for. I wonder if I can get it at invoice. (Last car was a q50 which I got at 3.6 below invoice, same with the pathfinder I just got quoted for.) Getting the car at 40k will make it possible for us.

MF is .00165.

Touring FWD 36/15 is 59%.

Elite (AWD only) 36/15 is 57%

No idea on transaction prices, though I doubt you'll see anything close to invoice for the time being. Very popular car at the moment.

My question is timing, do you guys get advanced notice on MF & RV & Deals?

I currently have a pilot, like the pilot elite, but no deals for leasing now, manager said wait till nov 3 to see what new programs come down...

We don't get advanced notice of the numbers.

IMO, I'm not sure I see any deals on the Pilot for the time being. Popular car, no reason for Honda to support leases with low MF or high residuals.

At the moment, we're seeing some killer deals on the leftover 2015 Lexus RX350 - between discounts, lease cash, low MF and decent residuals, it's possible to get one in the mid $400's per month for a $50K model.

Two part question; leasing a '16 lx pilot awd msrp 32675. Total down including cap cost red, taxes, fees is 4k.  Monthly payment is 299 36mo/10k mi. Is this a fair or good lease?  Part 2; trade in is 2013 crv ex awd with 34k mi. Trading in 3 months early (terms were 0 down/275mo @36 mo/12k per year - dealer takes car as a wash as part of new lease. Would appreciate insight before taking delivery.  Thanks

Need selling price and breakdown of the $4K due at signing.

Even with that, no idea how trading in your lease early is impacting the numbers on the new lease deal.

Sell price was $29,100, $4k breakdown; $999down, $995 bank aquisistion, $499 destination,$405 DMV, dealer fees $   , 1st month $ 299, taxes $1099.  Dealer gave a $300 credit equaling a $3996 down payment.   Current lease has a $17,100 payoff w/3 payments remaining. Taken as a trade.

Using the standard MF of .00165 and the 36/10 residual of 64%, I get a payment of $299/mo when I use a net cap cost of $28,101 (sell price - down payment).

So, looks like your trade didn't impact the final lease numbers.
