Hello. Could you please give me the numbers for a Sedona LX lease in Miami, Fl?

My local dealer says $5000 lease cash. I was quoted $250 a month with no CCR just inceptions for 36/10. When I asked for the real numbers I was given none so I'd just like to run them myself to see if I can do better (although this seems like a good deal).

I was given numbers of 45% residual, and an MF of .00177 which seems high for a 725 credit score.

Also curious, if you come back with a lower MF currently, how often do dealerships agree with the numbers you have? Figure the financing people wont be willing to show me if the numbers you give are accurate...

Dealers can mark up the MF by .00040 - why, lookee there!

You don't negotiate the MF; you simply tell the salesman / finance guy that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is. If they refuse, you walk ....

Hi. Is there still any lease support from Kia on a NEW 2016 Sedona LX in Texas Zip 76006? I found a couple of NEW 2016 LX's at a Kia dealership near me. If so, can you please provide the Money Factor and Residual Values for 12K miles/year as well as 15K miles/year for September 2017? Also, are there any bonus lease cash incentives/rebates/dealer cash left for Sedonas this month (September 2017)? As always, thanks in advance for all the great info you provide.
