What do you mean by $500 lease cash?

Also do these terms change if I upgraded to the 2016 Escape Titanium from the 2.5% APR and 56% residual value?

Presently trying to decide whether to do fully loaded Escape SE vs. Titanium...it's approx. $1500 diff on MSRP when AWD, Navi, Leather, are added to the SE.

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive that the dealer can choose to pass along to the customer. Works like a rebate.

The MF and residual are the same for both the SE and Titanium.

24/15 residual is 61%. Not sure how Ford addresses extra miles on a lease.

MF is 1.75% and there is $1500 lease cash.

Ford actually has an 18K/yr allowance... Subtract 2% from the 15K/yr residuals

I think Ford just came up with new lease offer on AWD SE at 265 a month with 0 due at signing and some add'l incentives/cash offers.
Any chance to find out, if bank fee is included in their offer - can't see it in small print on Ford's website.

The bank fee is due somewhere .. if this is a true $0 sign and drive, then the bank fee must be added to the net cap cost.

I leased a 2016 Ford escape SE last night. In all honesty I researched buying a CRV for over a month..picked the perfect one out and tinking Id drive off the lot that night my credit was turned down! Was not expecting that at all. I was not willing to go to the sharks who will loan me $ for 18-25% with $5000 down to get my dream car. So after going to my local Ford dealer, getting approved for 0% interest!! 0%!!! And Honda turnedme don??? He did not wnt to deal with me just my husband basically...The car was for me! He refused to come down in price refused to include anything so I walked out!!! I called a Ford dealer an hour away, told him I as sick and tired of dealing with morons and searching and haggling. he asked me what I wanted..I said a CRV! So I drove to the dealership. After showing me a few cars he pulled around in a gorgeous cherry red SE. The sticker price was $29775. I said there was no way I was paying that when the CRV had everyting I wanted for thousands less. So we went through all the incentives ( I got $2550 off) plus he took another $1000 off invoice. I got him to also include a car starter, all weather floor matts for the front and back trunk area, heated seats, AND the MY touch synch 3 upgraded technology with the navigator without raising the price. I was putting $3000 down and finacing $25,881 for payments of $421...then changed my mind and leased at 2.5% for 36 months at 12K payments $333.39 I also bought the $575 extra insurance paid cash for that as I wasn't financing insurance! $1251.11 down and that includes first months car payment and all taxes and fees!

Did I do good?? I dont have the paperwork infront of me to give specifics but if anyone asks I can easily grab it and look it up. This dealership was awesome, no games, and fast. I have to go back in two week to pick up my registration and they are installing everything in the car as promised, then detailing again for me, AND giving me another car to use all day while mine is getting worked on... Allthough I didt get my CRV Im happy with what I Accomplished and I owe it to this foem and moderators..Thank you!!!!

Thanks! Yes, FWD. Another question...had perfect credit score when I leased my 2012 Rogue, but on two occasions last year forgot to pay one of my credit cards and now my credit score has gone down. Any way to find out the differences in MF on credit levels? Debating doing it myself or getting a cosigner.

Stressed out because today is the end of my 2012 lease and I can't decide between another Rogue or going with the Escape. Working the numbers now, so thank you for the info. But worried about what the change in my credit score is going to do to the MF. Haven't been in this position before where I don't have all the info and can possibly have the dealership get some hidden money by me. Stinks!

Since I can't tell you what your credit score will do to the MF on the Escape - but I can (and did) for the Nissan - I would probably go with the Rogue, as you have a more complete picture with the numbers.

$2000 lease cash + $700 "due at signing" lease cash + 1st payment waiver, up to $300.
