Still working on getting some people together.

Well, if you fall off the mountain, I should have the winch running. Bolt on to the platform looks easy. The fairline looks easy to install. Not too sure on the electrical, but should not be too bad. Going to get the hitch tomorrow and will ask the place about rear power hookups for the winch.
Cannot leave the winch on when putting the truck in the garage. Would run right up to the freezer.

BTW, bring plenty of film. What I would like to suggest is to swap cameras, you get pics of me, and visa versa. I have a Canon AE1 (old sucker, non program model) but it is fairly easy to shoot with split image focus. Set the speed you want, then camera sets f stop.

    Sound like a plan?

Those are valve covers, not intake manifolds, LOL!! Quite a big difference..

You can LOL all you want. Here is the link for the info on the plastic intake manifold http://www.blueovalnews.com/ QUALITY IS JOB 1 - RECALLS By: James Brennan; Published: June 15, 2000; paragraph 11. You will enjoy Ford and their JOB 1 of making them cheap and then issue a RECALL. Very smart.

If you are talking about the one sentence in the article of "Quality is Job 1" it noway states that Ford 3.0 or 4.0 manifolds are plastic. Its states that steel is being replaced by aluminum in some cases and aluminum is being replaced by plastics. ALL manufactures are doing this my friend.. Not just Ford. Do you know anything about plastics? I work with PFA, PTFE, PP, PVDF, PVC, PEEK, and more all day long. Plastics are remarkable in the way they can be used and are quite reliable when used properly in the correct application...
