I purchased a 2.5i Limited with an MSRP of ~31.5k. Was able to negotiate price of $342/month for 36 months/12k miles. Tax rate is 7% with only first month's payment down. How'd I do?

If you rolled all the fees into the cap cost, it looks like a pretty solid deal. Enjoy your new Subaru!

1. Subaru tends to update their lease numbers monthly.
2. Premium - 59% and .00040; Limited - 57% and .00020

You had mentioned that the Dealer can swing the MF by .005. If a Dealer says to me, "The bank sets that and it can't move" he was not forthcoming? I was quoted a MF of .0007 and Residual 57% on a limited with nav/eyesight

You politely but firmly tell the dealer that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know the base rate, no need to negotiate it.

And, reach out to other Subaru dealers - it only takes one to make a deal on your terms.

Looking at 3.6R limited. 36month lease. Only need 8k per year. MSRP with ads(mud flaps and tint) is 34,130. Can I get MF & Residual please. I understand you don't track Cap costs or their reductions.

I will be looking for a 36 or 39 month lease which ever is better with 15k miles / year. $0 down. True sign and drive. Thanks you

With your prices, I get $357/mo + tax. However, the selling price may not be the net cap cost, depending on how much up front cash you put into the lease.

Im heading in there with nothing out of pocket at all. I know it changes from dealer to dealer as far as DOC fee etc.

Which means the cap cost will be higher than the selling price, and the lease payment will go up accordingly.
