I actually built one online and went to the dealer today (built it there, too and was told they should be able to match it), and it says:
$6,100 $4,100 $850 $2,650
in offers, and there's either $1,000 competitive cash or $1,000 loyalty cash, depending on which, if either, you can get. The lease terms really can't be beat. I'll be at 15,000 miles, $0 down, only first payment out of pocket = $315 + tax a month for a $47,000 car. This will be my/my family's first Volvo since a 1987 240DL wagon (and I definitely wasn't old enough to drive then! My mom did teach me how to drive stick on it, though.).
Hmmm, now that I'm home and thinking about it, @kyfdx, if I'm at 15,000 miles, I'm estimating a 57% residual for 24 months. That makes the depreciation only $5,104. Even with the MF being much higher than the 0.00001 mentioned by everyone else, shouldn't my payment be about $287 plus tax? $315 seems really high . MSRP 46,065 (dealer said that if the one I get is $47,000-ish, it's the same price).
Incentives, etc.: $14,700
Adj. cap. cost: $32,065, assuming $350 dispo fee and $350 lease-end fee -- both ridic.
$26,961 residual at 57%
MF is a ridic $1785 in lease charges, when it would be $14 at 0,00001.
So how is it $315 unless the residual is closer to 56%/the MF is different?
Volvo Allowance:: $2,000 Conquest Bonus: $1,000 Lease Bonus: $1,000 (not sure if this one is still available)
Purchase price: $28,511
So, while I think I got a good deal, I'm wondering if there is a better deal to be struck if I switch to an S60 and still maintain the dealer discount I negotiated.

The only incentives we see are the following on the V60:

Correct on taxes in Texas. Still, you can take that upfront amount and roll it into the lease payment. It has to be paid upfront by the bank, but you can amortize that amount into your lease, if you wish.

$400/mo. for a $47K MSRP car for just 24 months, with only $400 due at signing? I would grab it and not look back.
I personally don't like 24 month leases. I'd rather spread all fees and taxes over 36 month. In VA we pay taxes on the full price and there is no cap on the dealer's fees, so for me it was $2K on my S60 Inscription rolled into payments.

Yes, but Volvo is giving an extra $1250 incentive on 24 month leases, this month, so that offsets a lot of the difference. I'd have a problem leasing in a "full tax" state, myself, at any term.
I agree about the car designations. That's why I just did a copy and paste from the dealers inventory page, hence why it's exactly right.
I'm planning to go back to graduate school in a year and want a reliable car for that time. School is 3 years long, so leasing now means I need 4 years. It's less than ideal, but these Volvo incentives added onto how much dealers are cutting off prices makes it palatable, to say the least.
Thanks again for doing the work to get us these numbers.

Is it possible that I ask the dealer to make it 24/12 for me instead for the same price? Or if not, what is a good price for 24/12 for exactly the same car with MSRP $42,830? I really don't want a 24/10 lease, which will prevent me from going anywhere except going to work....

You can actually extend your lease at the same payment before it ends. Not sure about the max period, but I think it was 9 month. I did it twice with Volvo - for 3 and 6 month. And you can actually turn your car over before extension ends with no penalty.

Does anyone have the MF and Residuals for 24/12 and 36/12 in St. Louis Missouri for a 2016 S60 T5 Drive-E FWD Inscription with Blind Spot Information, Convenience Package, Heated Seats?
Also are there any differences in the lease incentives for 24 vs 36 months?

I know just negotiating payment without the breakdown of numbers (Cap, MF, RV etc) is not recommended but i had calculated the payment with all of the info Micheal and kyfdx provided. MF, RV, tax and dmv are fixed dealer can't go any lower than base so i had to make sure i get all of listed incentives plus dealer discount. i almost got off $15K from MSRP of 47125. i can provide exact numbers if someone needs it.
I am mostly interested in the selling price before incentives, but if you could provide the selling price and how the dealer got to that number, it would be very helpful.

Thanks a lot for the quick response! Tax is included, I just re-calculated the deal and the cap cost came to $33,500. Their fees came to $1716 ($995 bank, $431 DMV and $290 doc fee) Also, please note them paying off $1170 on my maturing lease, which I considered to be of an additional value, not included in my calculations.

Sounds good, although I was confused by the Adjusted Cap figure assuming +$500 and then additional $1160 cash. Does it meant that total fees are $1660, which kind of matches what we have in NJ? I saw Residual Value sheets at my dealer yesterday and was shown 47% for 12K miles. Here is what I calculated assuming 46% for 15K miles:

24 month leases have an extra $850 lease cash.
You really dilute those big incentives, when you take a longer lease.
36/10: .00018 MF and 48% residual
24/10: .00018 MF and 55% residual
I'd guess either of those terms might result in a lower payment on this vehicle.

That will add about $19/mo. to the 24/10 payment.

Also are there any differences in the lease incentives for 24 vs 36 months?

2016 T5 Inscription AWD Platinum with weather pkg.
MSRP 47,125 24months 12K/year. $400 (including tax, fees, dmv etc) a month with only $400 as first payment due at delivery. I am NY dealer is NJ so negotiated deal through phone.
Internet Sales consultant asked during first conversation where i wanted to be for the payments i told him $400 with only first payment down everything rolled into the payment. He had accepted the offer after talking to sales manager. there was no going back and forth. I tired to match the deal with other dealers but no one would come close to it. I know ne I want to thank Michael and kyfdx for their inputs, info, and opinions. i got this deal.

I know just negotiating payment without the breakdown of numbers (Cap, MF, RV etc) is not recommended but i had calculated the payment with all of the info Micheal and kyfdx provided. MF, RV, tax and dmv are fixed dealer can't go any lower than base so i had to make sure i get all of listed incentives plus dealer discount. i almost got off $15K from MSRP of 47125. i can provide exact numbers if someone needs it.
thanks again guys!
Could you provide a breakdown of the numbers?
I am mostly interested in the selling price before incentives, but if you could provide the selling price and how the dealer got to that number, it would be very helpful.
Thanks.
Thanks you!

Thanks a lot for the quick response!

Their fees came to $1716 ($995 bank, $431 DMV and $290 doc fee)
Also, please note them paying off $1170 on my maturing lease, which I considered to be of an additional value, not included in my calculations.
