  • How about MF and Residual on an ST in Northern Cal, 10,500 36 or 39 mos? Thanks!

    0.50% APR and 46% residual for 36/10, 44% for 39/10. $1250 lease cash.

Big difference between a Civic SI and an ST. (price and otherwise).

  • I owned an ST in 2013, and the prices paid are extremely similar unless you load up the ST. They're both just slightly warmed econ cars -- all due respect -- they do the same job in slightly different ways.
  • Looking for the current rates on the following.
    ST with 401A package
lowest miles. 10K per year I believe
24 months then the next term (30 or 33 or 36 month?)
    money factor and residuals
any lease cash in December? $1,250?
    Thanks!

What state? Ford numbers are regional.

Ford offers 24, 36 and 39 month lease terms only.

Any numbers for April for a Focus Titaniumn and SE hatch AT for 3/30? I'm struggling to decide between this and the Elsntra GT which currently has $3000 lease cash and I'm wondering if Ford has some good incentives as well.

    Hi!

I am wondering if the experts here can say if this is a good deal, and if not, what numbers I should shoot for.

2016 Ford Focus Electric with Leather

    MSRP: $31,040
Invoice: $29, 507 (according to the dealer. I see 2 numbers on the web.)
    Costco Price: $29, 057

Monthly (35 Payments): $278 (with $0 Down). First offer was $325, and dropped it to $278

    Term: 36 Months
    Mileage: 10,500
    Residual: 40%
    MF: Don't have this info.
    Doc Fee: $80
    CA (91344) Rebate: $9,750

    Thanks,

3% MF, from what we can see.

Need to know the adjusted cap cost; if I subtract the rebate from the Costco price, I get $231/mo plus tax.

    Hi Michaell!

Thank you for the response. They did not show me any other numbers. I requested $0 drive off, so as to not to "muddy the waters". Would you know what the MF should be for April? Tax is about $20 more. What is your recommendation as to what numbers I should offer?

    Thanks,

    GHTech

As noted in my first response, MF is 3% this month.

I don't track selling prices - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs to link to the price tools.

    Hi Michaell!

Thank you for the MF. I was not sure about it and was going to offer 0.25%. :-) That would not have gone down well. I may just wait till next month to see what happens to the MF and the Residual.

    Regards,

    1.50% APR and 48%/47% residual.
0.50% APR and 42%/40% residual for 36 months.

    $2250 lease cash.

That's going to be an expensive model to lease.

  • Could I please have the MF, residual, and any incentives for the automatic hatchback, both SE & Titanium?
    36/12k, Kansas 66502.

And just to be sure, to convert to the other MF form, I should divide Ford's number by 2400, correct?

    SE - 48%
    Titanium - 46%

    .50% MF for both

Yes, divide the Ford APR by 2400 to get the decimal format.

Hi i was wondering if this was a good deal on a 2016 ST base located in New Jersey

    25,300 is the price.
    3,500 in incentives
21,800 is the price then minus the taxes fees first month payments (1300 apparently) price per mo is 343.42 This is with a residual of .40 and 12k miles @ 36 months.

If there was 2k out of pocket we save $22. $2000 OOP 12k miles 36 months 321 a month.

    fees are as follow
    $321 first month
    $250 MV
    $295 Doc
$372 incentive tax (Dealer said NY is a state where you pay incentive tax.)
$26 Doc or MV tax (can't remember which one it was from)

What about sales tax? NY and NJ both calculate the tax on the sum of the payments and collects it up front.

With your prices, I get $328/mo.

No discount from sticker beyond the incentives?

I believe he already calculated the sales tax somehow into it. Those numbers I copied from the paper he was writing on, but as of what I know is that the car is just being discounted from incentives nothing else. We have to return another lease which is a honda (since its not going to be the same manufacturer we have to pay the acquisition fee); try to use that as a tactic.

The problem is they are going to order the car from another dealer so they don't even have the vehicle on the lot. They showed us an already bought vehicle to look around.
Do you get 328 a month sign and drive or 328 with the 1300 or 2k down?

No RS numbers this month. Are they on the lots already?

    Hi,

Can I get June Residual and MF for 2016 Focus ST for both 24m/10.5k and 36m/10.5k?

All the dealers here are giving me all different kind of numbers.

    Location is Northern California.

Any lease incentives would be great as well.

    Thank you!

    24/10.5 - 50% and .75%
    36/10.5 - 43% and .50%

    $2500 lease cash.

NOTE - these numbers are from the SoCal region, and might be different in NorCal.
