Big difference between a Civic SI and an ST. (price and otherwise).

I owned an ST in 2013, and the prices paid are extremely similar unless you load up the ST. They're both just slightly warmed econ cars -- all due respect -- they do the same job in slightly different ways.

What state? Ford numbers are regional.

Ford offers 24, 36 and 39 month lease terms only.

Any numbers for April for a Focus Titaniumn and SE hatch AT for 3/30? I'm struggling to decide between this and the Elsntra GT which currently has $3000 lease cash and I'm wondering if Ford has some good incentives as well.

Invoice: $29, 507 (according to the dealer. I see 2 numbers on the web.)
Costco Price: $29, 057

Monthly (35 Payments): $278 (with $0 Down). First offer was $325, and dropped it to $278

3% MF, from what we can see.

Need to know the adjusted cap cost; if I subtract the rebate from the Costco price, I get $231/mo plus tax.

Thank you for the response. They did not show me any other numbers. I requested $0 drive off, so as to not to "muddy the waters". Would you know what the MF should be for April? Tax is about $20 more. What is your recommendation as to what numbers I should offer?

As noted in my first response, MF is 3% this month.

I don't track selling prices - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs to link to the price tools.

Thank you for the MF. I was not sure about it and was going to offer 0.25%. :-) That would not have gone down well. I may just wait till next month to see what happens to the MF and the Residual.

$2250 lease cash.

That's going to be an expensive model to lease.

Yes, divide the Ford APR by 2400 to get the decimal format.

I don't have any other Ford incentives ... if that other program is for purchase, then no.

3,500 in incentives
21,800 is the price then minus the taxes fees first month payments (1300 apparently) price per mo is 343.42 This is with a residual of .40 and 12k miles @ 36 months.

If there was 2k out of pocket we save $22. $2000 OOP 12k miles 36 months 321 a month.

fees are as follow
$321 first month
$250 MV
$295 Doc
$372 incentive tax (Dealer said NY is a state where you pay incentive tax.)
$26 Doc or MV tax (can't remember which one it was from)

I believe he already calculated the sales tax somehow into it. Those numbers I copied from the paper he was writing on, but as of what I know is that the car is just being discounted from incentives nothing else. We have to return another lease which is a honda (since its not going to be the same manufacturer we have to pay the acquisition fee); try to use that as a tactic.

The problem is they are going to order the car from another dealer so they don't even have the vehicle on the lot. They showed us an already bought vehicle to look around.

I would confirm the adjusted cap cost - if different from the $21,800, find out what's been added / subtracted.
