I don't have the July numbers, and those don't match my June numbers (though, similar).

However, my calculations using your numbers results in $738.41/mo, so very close.

Can I get stats on residual in CA for a 2016 Cadillac CTS Luxury 2.0t AWD.  MSRP $52,500, after discount and rebates, $40,600.  Looking at a 3 year 15k a year lease.

No GM numbers yet. That selling price seems to represent the 20% discount promotion, which isn't compatible with leases.

Hello. Do you have July #'s for CTS-V 36/10 (Los Angeles)?

I'm cross shopping this with a Hellcat Charger and on a $91k sticker CTS-V if I can grind the cap cost down some the lease is the same if not better than the Hellcat...

Looking at at CTS V sport

Can I get the MF and residuals for 24/15 and 36/15 please? Happy to look at any other terms if there is a sweet spot on duration at another interval like 27 or 30 months.

Can the $3000 in cadillac incentive be used on leases this month? It is all over dealership website site pricing engine but no fine print.

I don't see any specific lease cash. We don't have info on other incentives.

Can't tell you if there are different rates for the Family First program - the numbers we have are from GM Financial.

Can't really help you on Cadillac pricing.
The last time we shopped for one, the dealer cut right to invoice minus incentives, on the first quote. This was a pretty straightforward dealer. He said if we liked the car, we should take it at that price, because he can't go any lower. And, if we didn't like the car, he said don't take it at any price. (so we didn't).

I liked that guy.

Also, when you're looking at a demo with miles on it, is there any good way to calculate how much you should deduct per mile? Is it unreasonable to ask the dealer to deduct 25 cents/mile since that's what you would pay for extra miles?

Add 2% for 12k or 3% for 19k. $4000 lease cash

Residual is deducted about .20-.25 per mile, so expect the same or bigger discount from sticker.

That's where I am on a demo 2016 CTS 2.0T RWD Performance with 4800mi on it. 39 months, 10k/year, only first payment down all taxes rolled in (my state taxes the whole vehicle @ 6.25%, unfortunately, and there are no available tax credits). MF is inflated, he said they mark it up 1% for profit and he wasn't going to go less than that. Sucks, but at least he was blunt and honest. I get that a 64k car for this price is still good, but I think there is more room in it.

I do get supplier pricing which was 59,977 before the $4k mileage discount. We also have $4k lease cash, $1900 Incremental Capitalized Cost Reduction Bonus Cash, and it looks like the GM Loyalty discount (there is a Chevy Cruze lease with GM Financial in the house) has gone up to $1k today (was $750 yesterday when I looked). The $3k Cadillac bonus cash looks to be on purchases only, that would make the deal even better. Putting the deal together with the base MF and increased incentive on a 39/10k with only first payment down, I get $468/month. Does that look right?

Thanks! And that was never mentioned throughout our talk, I'll ask him about that and the warranty question as well.

EDIT: The said the residual percentage stays the same and that the mileage (which is actually 5,500) increases the payment by $2-3/month. Warranty started in January, but on a 39 month lease, I'd still be within the warranty, so that's not a big deal. He finally said he'd give me the "buy rate" on the MF of .00025 and he said he's all in on that car, won't take anything more off for the miles or 9 months of warranty I don't have. He also said the GM Loyalty is still $750, not $1000.
