I am in the process of negotiating a lease on a 2016 CADILLAC CTS 3.6L Premium Collection Sedan. I am located in Phoenix, AZ. Can you please help guide me on the correct lease payment based on the following?

Residual: 56%
MF: .00025

MSRP: $65,955
Purchase Price: $62,000
Fees (Tax, title, tint, acquisition) $1,581
Lease incentive cash: $4,000
Down Payment: $,4000

Payment: $618
How much room do I have here? I think it should be closer to $525. Thanks

I show a residual of 54%

Assuming your numbers are correct, I get $517/mo.+tax
That's using $1800 of your upfront for CAP reduction, the rest for fees and 1st payment.
Using the 54% residual, the payment goes up $33/mo.+tax.

There are no lease numbers for any 2016 Cadillacs.

There is no support on any 2016 Cadillac for November.

I'm sure you can still lease them, but will likely be much more expensive than the 2017's.

We don't show a lease program from GM Financial for 2016 models, this month.

We don't have the December numbers, yet.
Don't expect to have any 2016 model numbers, even when we do get them.
