Is it time for a 2017 thread yet? Shopping a 4Runner Limited in the Denver area. Will likely finance but curious if there's any lease support yet. 36/12

Since there are tons and tons of 2016s left, and NO ONE seems to have '17s in Massachusetts, I guess that's the way I'm going. That said, anyone have 36/12 or 36/15 MF and residual for the 2016 4Runner Limited 4x4 in MA? Pretty sure the dealership I spoke to yesterday is padding the hell out of the MF.

MF and residual for 2016 4X4 limited 36/12k Kansas City Thanks
64% and .00190
I have a question... I am getting 62% and .000210 here in MA on the exact same parameters. This could be a dumb question... but why would it be different. Toyota financial is Toyota financial. That difference amounts to a BIG difference.

Hello all. I leased my new 4Runner last night so I thought I'd share some real world numbers with you. But first, thank you so much to this forum because I went in there so well armed that when the finance manager ran the lease with a higher MF the first time... I caught him, and he quickly fixed it.
Anyhow, I did a 24/12 on a '16 4Runner Limited -- .00210 MF, 30777 RV. (36/12 would have been 27606 RV)
Got an amazing deal that worked out to $488/mo for the lease. 36 would have been $460 so I had to go for the shorter term and get into what will hopefully be Gen 6 by then.
All that said -- and this is no endorsement in any way -- if anyone in New England is looking for leftover 2016s at a steal, Expressway Toyota in Boston is practically giving them away. My sale price -- on a loaded Limited -- was $38329. (44605 sticker). Like I said, it's not an endorsement -- the facility is dated, it's on a tough-to-get-to road, and I honestly know more about the truck than the salesman did.... but, they're clearing out the '16s and I called 6 other Massachusetts dealers closer to me to get a price match -- none could come within $1600.
Thanks again for this resource, and I cannot wait to pick up my new 4Runner on Monday.

Thanks for the details on your deal.
Looks quite solid. Congrats, and enjoy.
(FWIW, most educated consumers know more about the vehicle than the salesman. They know how to close the deal.)
Hello folks, hoping to find out if 2016's still have lease support until the end of this month. Also, MF and RV on a 36/12K or whatever numbers are available would be much appreciated.

We don't have 2016 lease info.
But, the 4Runner always has the "standard" money factor, anyway. If the residual is decent, and they are discounting leftover 2016s, you may be able to get a decent lease deal, compared to the 2017 models.
Hi kyfdx, thank you for the quick reply! I am trying to help a friend lease on of these and in our area (Northeast, Mass area) looks like they are offering about $5-6K off.
Could you elaborate on what the "standard" money factor is for Toyota? What have the residuals generally been over the last month (or at least a number to shoot for)?
I apologize if these questions are unusual, but I am not familiar with Toyota (other than knowing 4runner is a great truck), mostly familiar with Volvo's and Audi's thus far.

The standard MF from Toyota is .00200
Last months numbers won't be valid, so no point quoting them.
Hi Michaell - when you have a moment, would you please provide lease numbers for a 2017 4Runner Limited (RWD) in Texas, 36 months, both 12k and 15k miles/year w/Tier 1 Credit? Thank you! Eric

Ok. Thank you. The larger local dealer's website is claiming 800 for TFS lease special on the 8664s in stock, but I don't particularly trust that autogroup.

Do you have any info on the residuals for 24/15, 36/12 & 36/15 if the MF is still standard?
Is Toyota top tier 800+ and no gap insurance?
Thank you.
My guess is that the MF is still the standard rate of .00210
Don't know the score necessary to qualify for top tier credit, but 800 seems way too high
TFS is the only manufacturer financial institution that doesn't automatically include GAP.
