Didn't see this here yet. Hope it's OK. Our local dealer has got lots of 2016s on the lot. We're interesting in a 2016 Prius 3, not touring. Are there any numbers for a 36 month/12,000 mile lease yet? We're in Oregon. Thanks.

Sorry, still no lease numbers from Toyota on the 2016 Prius.

The deal is not that great .. the $3997 down equates to an additional $111/mo, so your true payment is $340/mo.

Does that payment include tax? What state and tax rate?

Looks solid, but the devil is in the details.

Don't have the residual chart for the 2016 Liftback. The base model is 58% for 36/15, but not sure about the 3.

As noted by my co-host, we don't have the specific residual values for the 2016 Prius available, so all we can do is guess.

He quoted 60% for 36/12 on Prius 2. But, that could be off by a point or two, either way.

Prius 3 will be a point or two lower, as it is a higher trim level

10K will be 1% more than 12K

I get $201/mo.+tax with that adjusted CAP.

Seems like some of that $2000 has to be going to reduce that CAP a little more.

Residual is fixed by the bank and cannot be modified.

The information on Toyota.com is not an offer, but an advertisement.

Have you contacted a dealer?

57% would be the residual for 36/15.
