Hello! About to lease a 2016 Prius Three Touring and thought I'd leave the particulars here and ask if they seem inline. I've heard from multiple dealers that they are unable to match these figures and they recommend I go with it. I'm in Southern California.

MSRP $29673
Sale Price $26425
RV: $16320
Rebate: $2600
Trade-in Value of my current vehicle $1500

$229.60 a month (including taxes)
No money down other than trade-in

Oh, btw is the RV calculated from the MSRP or the negotiated sale price (before or after rebate?)

Can you tell me what the adjusted cap cost is? This is the selling price plus any taxes and fees you are not paying up front, less any cap reduction (down payment). My guess is that the $2600 rebate and $1500 trade equity are covering the fees and such, and the remainder is being used as cap reduction. Knowing the final cap cost will allow us to determine if your payment is correct.

And, what is the tax rate where you live?
