Hi, appreciate feedback on this proposed deal. 2016 gx460 lease, 15k miles, 3 years, list is 51340,down payment of 3917 (incl all fees 1st mos pymt) 63% residual, MF .0019, 49695 selling price which seems high vs list price. Appreciate any feedback or advice as I never leased before. Thanks very much!

    Sorry, forgot to include that. Payment is 646, state is NJ so taxes are 7%.

    I get $638/mo. if the selling price is the CAP cost.. that's pretty close.

    Assuming the $3900 is for sales tax, acquisition fee, title/license/doc fees, 1st payment, etc.

    Agreed.. not much of a discount. But, that's a pretty popular model. Pretty low-option for GX 460? MSRP seems low for that model.

    57645 MSRP, California..

    dealer offers
    52500 Sales price, MF 0.0019, RV 37,650 (65%)
    in case of $2000 downpay, what would be monthly pay?

    With your numbers, I get a payment of $588/mo before tax.

    Will the $2000 be in addition to the up front costs? If so, subtract about $56/mo from the payment, before tax.
