Assuming 6% tax rate, your prices give me $378/mo, so pretty close to your quote.

Ask for the net capitalized cost - if higher than the selling price, find out what was added.

You are getting about $3K off sticker.

We don't track selling prices - use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools. Your goal is to get a price that is lower than TMV, which is an average.

However, there are certainly some fees being added into your sale price if you've asked for $0 due at signing. Get the adjusted capitalized cost, which includes all those fees. That will probably clear things up.

Hi I just got an offer from a local Nissan dealership, but I think the lease payment seems off. I'd be grateful if you could look it over. Also, the offer is zero down, but I'm not opposed to paying in if it will reduce fees associated with a zero drive off.
